MLB Odds: Los Angeles Dodgers at San Francisco Giants Live Betting Preview

2016-MLB-Dodgers-at-Giants-Live-Betting-Lines

After getting dominated by starting pitchers through the first two games of this series, the offenses will finally have a chance to flex their muscles on ESPN Sunday night when the Dodgers and Giants close their series out in front of a nationally televised audience.

You can bet on MLB odds at BookMaker.eu every day of the season.

ODDS ANALYSIS

With the Dodgers resting a bulk of their team in Wednesday night’s series finale with the Rockies, they lost a chance at keeping pace with the Giants or cutting into the lead. As it is, the Dodgers trail the Giants in the division standings and will be looking to get back into the win column tonight after dropping four of the first seven in the rival’s first two meetings this season. Los Angeles has been as average as it gets when playing away from Chavez Ravine in winning 15 of their 30 overall games played to cost MLB bettors $69 overall.

Injuries have curtailed what the Giants did over the course of May with the team scoring wins in just two of their last six games with the result of Wednesday night’s series finale with the Red Sox pending. As it is, Bruce Bochy’s squad has tallied wins on 16 of 28 occasions when playing in front of the hometown faithful to grant their betting backers a $179 return on investment. San Fran has defeated the Dodgers seven of the last 10 times they welcomed their hated rivals into beautiful AT&T Park.

PITCHING MATCHUP

Mike Bolsinger has made four starts for the Dodgers this season. None of them have been of quality, and if this one plays out the same way, its likely Dave Roberts looks elsewhere to fill the back end of the rotation. Bolsinger was pretty decent a year ago in going 6-6 with a 3.62 ERA and striking out 98 through 109.1 innings of work. He just hasn’t looked the same in his limited work to date in pitching to a 5.75 ERA and failing to reach the sixth in any start. He just got lit up at home by the Rockies for 6 ER through 5.1 innings, and has been torched by the Giants throughout his career.

Over bettors get giddy every time they see Jake Peavy’s turn up in the Giants rotation. The veteran’s stuff is nowhere near as good as it used to be, and because of it, runs have been put on the board at a blistering pace in his 12 starts to date. The over cashed in eight of them with an average of 10.4 runs per game put on the board. However, the under has cashed in four of his last six starts, and its 2-1 in his last three.

LIVE BETTING SCENARIO

I don’t care if Peavy’s recent results have skewed towards lower scorers. After both of these offenses were kept in check the last couple days, they’ll be chomping at the bit to get a piece of both of these junk ballers tonight.

Bolsinger has done absolutely nothing to think he’s going to turn it around at this point, and the Giants will be lucky to get five strong from Peavy whose managed just four quality starts in his 12 overall to date.

Should both starting hurlers find a way to limit the damage early or disallow any runs the first time through the order, fire up the live betting platform and hit the over at a reduced price. There’s no way either of these starters pull the same feat the second time around, so take advantage.
