This year's 2K Sports Classic doesn't quite have the same luster as some of the tournaments in the past, but this year's event could end up having a huge impact on the bubble for the NCAA Tournament. After Belmont, The Citadel, Detroit and Seattle were eliminated, the 2017 2K Sports Classic has four teams left that will head to Madison Square Garden for a two-day bonanza.
These games will take place at Madison Square Garden in New York, NY. The 2K Sports Classic take place on Friday, November 17 and Saturday, November 18, 2017. We'll have NCAA basketball odds at BookMaker.eu available for every game in the 2K Sports Classic.

None of these teams figure to be ranked in the Top 25 this season, thus the bubble seems to be luring in all four of these squads. Though there aren't any Kentucky's or Kansas' or Michigan State's of the world playing in the 2K Sports Classic, the fact that all four of these teams could legitimately be hanging out around the bubble makes this tournament all the more intriguing.
However, with that intrigue comes a high degree of uncertainty. There isn't a clear-cut favorite of the four to ultimately win this event, and you could make a case for any of the four teams going 0-2 or 2-0 at MSG.
Washington vs. Providence
The Huskies are incredibly young this season, and they're going to have a tough time finding the right pieces offensively after Markelle Fultz left for the NBA. A top recruiting class that was brought in my former coach Lorenzo Romar fell apart, and that left this team really lacking talent. The Huskies aren't an NCAA Tournament team this year unless they can really come together defensively.
Providence is certainly prone this year. The Friars have already been blasted by Minnesota by a dozen points, and they're really hoping that Kyron Cartwright and Rodney Bullock bring their shooting stroke with them to the Big Apple.
The Friars surely have the greater talent of these two rosters, though it's hard to know exactly what Washington is bringing to the table after wins over Belmont and Eastern Washington to start the season.
Virginia Tech vs. Saint Louis
The Hokies are out of the blocks in a hurry this year. They've dropped 111 on Detroit and 132 on The Citadel to kick off the campaign, and they're going to try their best to keep the running and gunning going against Saint Louis.
Of course, it's ridiculous to think that the Hokies can shoot 62.5 percent from the field at the 2K Sports Classic the same way they did in their first two games, and they surely won't make 45 field goals as they averaged in those first two either.
Freshman Jordan Goodwin is already the Billikens' best player on both sides of the court, and he's sure to continue stuffing the stat sheet in this tournament. He's the team's leader in assists and rebounds, and once he starts to find his shooting stroke, he'll be lethal. Don't expect him to shoot 5.6 percent from the field for much longer.

Kudos to the Billikens for finding ways to win in spite of the fact that they really haven't gotten great production offensively out of their best player yet. Goodwin is a star in the making, and he's proving that by playing a big role in games even when he isn't able to score.
The bottom half of this bracket at the 2K Sports Classic is certainly the tougher one to get through, and we like whichever team comes out of that Virginia Tech/Saint Louis game to win the tourney on Saturday.
Still, Saint Louis has the greatest intrigue and the best Sweet 16 look to it of these teams in this field, and we think the A-10 reps can pick up a huge triumph to put on the resume for March Madness.
