Peter Jok -- The Hawkeyes will rely on their best player quite a bit in this one. Jok is averaging 20.4 points, 6.1 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.2 steals per game. He has been a key player for each of the past two seasons and will look to have a big game in this one.
Jok missed some time recently with back and shoulder injuries, but has played the past four games and should be good to go. He scored 16 points and added 10 rebounds in Iowa’s last game, a four-point loss to Illinois.
He had a huge game against Minnesota earlier this month, scoring 28 points, hauling down nine rebounds and adding a pair of steals. If Jok plays well, it increased Iowa’s chances of coming away with a victory greatly.

4. That’s the number of losses in a row Indiana has suffered. The Hoosiers beat elite teams North Carolina and Kansas during the non-conference season but have dropped off dramatically since that time.
Their four losses have come at the hands of Wisconsin, Purdue, Michigan and Minnesota. The loss to the Golden Gophers last time out really hurt, as it came by one point because of a late putback. Indiana can no longer afford to lose these types of winnable games as it tries to make the tournament.
Indiana has struggled since losing star forward OG Anunoby to a season-ending knee injury. The Hoosiers are only 3-6 since that time as they have struggled to find an adequate amount of players to step up.
Indiana has enough marquee wins to get March Madness consideration, but it desperately needs to improve its overall record in order to have a shot.
