The TCU Horned Frogs have faded fast, going from a team that was nationally ranked to one needing a good finish to avoid dropping to the NCAA Tournament bubble. TCU will aim to break a conference funk by taking care of business next time out against the Oklahoma State Cowboys.
The Horned Frogs have lost three of their past four games and are just 5-8 in Big 12 play but have the home court advantage in this one. Oklahoma State has been great in its past two road affairs, knocking off ranked teams Kansas and West Virginia, and would love to keep it going with another upset of TCU in this matchup.
The law of averages says their good fortune will likely run out in this one as the Horned Frogs should be able to take care of business.

Last Meeting
TCU capitalized off a strong defensive performance against Oklahoma State on January 30, defeating the Cowboys 79-66 during the first matchup between these two teams. The Cowboys average 77.4 points a game, but struggled against the Horned Frogs the first time around.
Kenrich Williams came up huge for TCU in that matchup, finishing with 13 points, nine rebounds and six assists. The Horned Frogs turned the ball over 20 times in that win, but made up for it on offense, shooting 55.6 percent from the field including going 8-of-12 from three-point range.
The Cowboys shot 41.1 percent in the loss. Jeffrey Carroll had a team-high 18 points for Oklahoma State, which has gone 2-1 since that first meeting.
Player To Watch
Vladimir Brodziansky – TCU’s senior forward has been playing very well as of late, averaging 18.3 points per game in his last four matchups. He is averaging a team-high 15.6 points a game this year for the Horned Frogs and had 10 points against Oklahoma State the first time around.
The 6-foot-11 guard is also averaging five rebounds a game for TCU and has recorded two double-doubles this season. Brodziansky finished with 25 points and six rebounds against Texas last week, one of his strongest performances of the season.
He gets a lot of help on offense from Williams who is nearly averaging a double-double this year with 13.7 points and 9.6 rebounds a game. The duo helps lead an offense that ranks No. 12 in the country for points per game with 85.

TCU has not done very well in conference play but is still a good team. Look for it to play better down the stretch, including in this one. While Oklahoma State has been a thorn in the side of superior foes on the road of late, it’s not going to happen in this one.
Take the Horned Frogs to win this contest rather easily. They should also be able to cover the spread as long as it isn’t too large. Keep an eye on that when it is released.
