Fatigue could be an issue for the Knicks on Wednesday night when they travel to South Beach to take on a rested Heat squad that already beat them by an average of 18 points in their two previous matchups this season with the under cashing easily in both contests. Will Carmelo Anthony and company have enough in the tank to avoid a third straight embarrassing defeat?

SCHEDULING
Along with having the advantage of knowing it can handle its opponent with ease, Miami also holds the upper hand in the scheduling department with it playing a home game against Indiana on Monday night before getting a full day to rest up for the third meeting of the year with the Knicks.
On a full 24 hours rest to date, Dwyane Wade and his mates check in 14-9 straight up, but a poor 10-12-1 ATS.
As for the Knicks, they got a date with the Hawks in Atlanta Tuesday night before making the small trek south to tango with the Heat. New York currently sits four-games under. 500 when on the highway heading into that tilt with the Hawks, but have been lucrative from a betting standpoint in covering 11 of them; the under cashed in 10 of those contests.
New York stands 2-5 SU but 4-3 ATS unrested to date and been outscored by just 2.6 points per game.
KEY MATCHUP
These rivals matched up twice in a matter of four days back in late November, and it was easy sailing for the Heat who got to the free throw line a combined 64 times and made 52 of them to cruise to a pair of carefree straight up wins and covers.
The Knicks made a grand total of seven shots from beyond the arc on an insane 38 attempts, so if Derek Fisher’s men are completely inept from long range once again, they better do a much better job of keeping Miami off the charity stripe if they’re to not get rolled up and smoked once again in this one.
Miami bigs Chris Bosh and Hassan Whiteside had a pair of huge games for their fantasy backers in the first two meetings. Bosh averaged 18 points per game while Whiteside ripped down an average of 12.5 rebounds per game. NY must have someone step up down low so as to not allow this duo to simply do as they please in the third go round.
LIVE BETTING SCENARIO
Miami has won and covered each of the last four times it welcomed the Knicks to South Beach. The under cashed in the last meeting, but the previous two clashes played to high scorers.
New York will need someone other than Anthony and Kristaps Porzingis to step up in this one for the team to have any shot of not getting embarrassed for a third straight time. Who that is remains to be seen, but if the Knicks continue to settle for launching three after three, I won’t have any reservations about jumping on the Heat in live betting once again.
However, if the Knicks are taking higher percentage shots and find a way to limit the damage both Bosh and Whiteside are able to administer, it would no doubt be worth a shot backing the Knicks on the readjusted pointspread should Miami get out to an early lead with the team no doubt having this game circled after being embarrassed in the first two skirmishes.
If you think New York has a shot in this one, then you have to take a look at the over. In the Knicks last five wins, the over cashed with an average of 204.6 points put on the board. In their last five defeats, the under is 3-2 with an average of 195.2 points scored.
Live bet accordingly. If the Knicks are hanging in, back the over on the readjusted line. If not, look for the under to cash for the third straight time this season.
