Day 20 at Orkun:
Ciera pulled Stephen aside to talk alignment. She vocalized that she thinks the next target should be Joe, which would surely get Stephen interested, right?
For the reward challenge, the survivors were split into two teams of six. They had to paddle out in boats to collect four crates. Then they had to stack the crates in a puzzle where there couldn't be any colors repeating on any side. The winning team? Off to the Survivor Cafe, with coffee and an assortment of breakfast foods normally found at hotel continental breakfast.
On the pink team was Tasha, Andrew, Spencer, Jeremy, Stephen and Abi. The blue team: Kelley, Kelly, Keith, Kimmi, Joe and Ciera.
The blue team emerged victorious.
Tribal Council
Kass got things started by sitting on the jury bench, hell-bent on making folks nervous - especially Tasha.
Ciera complained that no one was fighting for their own spot in the game. Even though there are four people in a core alliance, and eight other people who are on the bottom, she said none of those eight are willing to turn. And that it's frustrating.
Savage disagreed but Spencer was feeling her, adding that a lot of the returning players are definitely playing more cautiously.
To the Vote...
We didn't see any of the votes before the final reveal, which made things all the more suspenseful. But Kelley Wentworth must have gotten wind that it was going to be her turn to go because she played her idol. Everyone was shocked. Even her allies had no idea she had the idol.
When the votes came in, they were all for Kelley Wentworth, so it was a well-played idol. But who did she, Ciera and Abi choose to target?
Andrew Savage! He went out in as big and splashy a way as he did in Pearl Islands. Only this time he gets to stick around on the jury.
What a major idol blindside! Now let's see if the ladies can work their way into some kind of majority next week. Because as of right now, they're all out of idols. And lambs.
