Team Gwen’s frontrunner, Jeffery Austin, has so far managed to escape the dreaded "bottom two" scenario, and with his artistic integrity fully intact to boot. In other words, he hasn't done the standard Voice Stevie Wonder or cover or that awful "I'll Be" song.

But, that team's Korin Bukowski and Braiden Sunshine – whobothlanded in the bottom two on Tuesday’s top 10 results episode, and were forced to face off in a Twitter Save showdown – obviously have not been so lucky.

The Voice odds to win on NBC were first released by BookMaker.eu

Korin’s inarguably rocky road this Voice season finally dead-ended in disaster this Tuesday, when, during her third Twitter Save sing-off in as many weeks, she suffered a meltdown onstage. She choked, froze, forgot many of the words to Colbie Caillat’s “Try,” and much of the time appeared like she didn’t want to eventryat all. It was rough, but also further proof that this is the real deal, that you better bring it, and that if you crumble - and you so could - the whole world will be watching.

The coaches were sympathetic and kind, if not overly. Blake assured Korin that even showbiz veterans sometimes flub their lyrics, Pharrell Williams praised her for “getting knocked down and getting right back up," and Gwen insisted that she was still proud of Korin, adding that the reason it happened at all is because Korin "cares" and is "honest. She feels these words she sings."

Braiden’s Twitter Save song, a cover of Maroon 5’s “Harder to Breathe,” wasn’t exactly a Season 9 highlight either. It was like a high school talent show, which, much of the time is the case here on Monday (and Tuesday) nights.

Twitter collectively saved Braiden and sent Korin home. On next week’s bloodbath of a top nine results show, fivecontestants will be cut at once.

As for Braiden, he has little chance of surviving beyond next Tuesday, however, unless Gwen tries a little harder to put him on the right path, eschewing some Blake time.

In other news:

There was no Top Nine last season, but in April’sTop Eight, Team Adam was in the same boat as Team Pharrell, with just one singer left. That performer, Joshua Davis, made it all the way to third place. Voters seem reluctant to completely decimate a team too early on, which bodes well for Madi.

Next week, the singers will all be mentored by Dolly Parton, and Blake couldn't be more excited. Hee haw!
