Sadly, this is the last week of the regular season in the Big Ten conference. Michigan State controls their own destiny. After pulling the huge upset over Ohio State a week ago, the Spartans will earn a trip to the Big Ten Championship game with a win this week at home against Penn State. If Michigan State were to lose then the winner of the Ohio State and Michigan game would advance to play the Iowa Hawkeyes. The Hawkeyes have already clinched the West Division and punched their ticket to the big game, however, the Hawkeyes face Nebraska this week and their perfect season is on the line.
In other games, Illinois needs a win to become bowl eligible and Northwestern could get double-digit wins with a win. Indiana also needs a win to become bowl eligible and they face Purdue on the road.
Big Ten play continues into Week 13 with make or break games. Let’s take a look at this week’s games. All odds taken from BookMaker.eu.

ODDS ANALYSIS
Friday, November 27, 2015
Iowa Hawkeyes -2.5
Nebraska Cornhuskers +2.5
Over/Under 57.5
3:30 p.m., ET - ABC
It’s all on the line for both teams. Iowa needs a win to keep their perfect season alive and Nebraska needs a win to become bowl eligible. The line opened up with Iowa favored by 1 point and gamers have driven it up to the current spread of -2,5. It should be an exciting game and one that is hard to predict. You would think Iowa would win, but with all the pressure of staying undefeated it will be difficult. Nebraska pulls the upset, 35-31.
Saturday, November 28
Ohio State Buckeyes PK
Michigan Wolverines PK
Over/Under 46
Noon, ET - ABC/ESPN
One of the biggest rivalries in college football when these two teams hookup. Michigan seems to be hungry, while the Buckeyes a mystery after losing last week to Michigan State. The Wolverines are a team, the Buckeyes are not. The line opened up with Michigan favored by 2 and now it’s a pick em’. It will be interesting to see how the Buckeyes respond after their deflating loss. I am a huge Buckeye fan, but see Michigan winning at home. The last time a first year coach lost to Ohio State at home was all the way back in 1929. Michigan wins!
Indiana Hoosiers -7
Purdue Boilermakers +7
Over/Under 68
Noon, ET - BTN
The Hoosiers need a win to become bowl eligible, They get the win and pound Purdue which leads to the firing of the Boilermakers coach.
Maryland Terrapins +1
Rutgers Scarlet Knights -1
Over/Under 56
Noon, ET - BTN
Be sure to check the weather, but this game should be a track meet from the opening kickoff. Neither team has anything to play for and both teams can score a ton of points. Furthermore, neither team knows the word defense. Take the OVER!
Penn State Nittany Lions +11
Michigan State Spartans -11
Over/Under 46.5
3:30 p.m., ET - ABC
It’s all on the line for the Spartans. With a win they advance to the Big Ten Championship game. They will get the win, but not sure if they can cover the spread. The weather could be bad which will lead to both teams pounding the ball at each other and the game staying UNDER!
Northwestern Wildcats -3.5
Illinois Fighting Illini +3.5
Over/Under 42
3:30 p.m., ET - ESPNU
Northwestern is searching for a 10 win season. Their defense is stout and will shut down the error prone Illini attack. Northwestern rolls, 31-13.
Wisconsin Badgers -2.5
Minnesota Gophers +2.5
Over/Under 43
3:30 p.m., ET - BTN
Wow, this should be a great game. Two even teams looking to end the season on a winning note. Home field will be huge in this matchup and the weather could also be a factor. The total is low at 43, which may entice gamers to take the over, but the smart money will be on the UNDER.
