There is no football quite like November football, and Rivalry Week is the best week of the year for sure. Whether your favorite team is a part of the College Football Playoff picture or not, you can bet that this biggest game of the weekend is coming up on Thursday, Friday or Saturday.

Navy vs. Houston, Friday 12:00 p.m. ET
Opening College Football Odds: Houston -1
Current College Football Odds: Navy -3
The Middies are on track to be the Group of Five representative in the CFP this year, a true testament to just how far this program has come over the years. They've got to win this game in all likelihood to be the Group of Five rep, though. The West Division of the AAC is up for grabs here, as the winner will go on to this conference's first ever championship game with a chance to go to a New Year's Six bowl, while the loser is very likely headed to a December bowl game. Navy is one of the hottest teams in the land, and the argument could be made that winning out with a sole loss to Notre Dame might even garner some consideration for the CFP if enough hell breaks loose these last couple weeks of the year. There's probably not a lot separating these two teams, and the fact that the Midshipmen are up to -3 after opening up as a dog shows us that there is a lot more confidence in them than a team which lost to Connecticut just last week.
Oregon State vs. Oregon, Friday 4:00 p.m. ET
Opening College Football Odds: Oregon -33.5
Current College Football Odds: Oregon -35
Oregon was the only team in the nation which opened up at higher than -28 this week, and it moved all the way up to -35 in the Civil War against the Beavers. Oregon State is likely the worst team in the Pac-12 and perhaps in the Power Five conferences as well. That said, it's not just the side, but the total here which matters. The over/under is up from 67 to 70. Keep in mind though, that these Ducks have scored 48, 38, 44 and 61 in their last four games after being slowed down quite a bit in the first couple months of the year.
North Carolina vs. N.C. State, Saturday 3:30 p.m. ET
Opening College Football Odds: North Carolina -7
Current College Football Odds: North Carolina -5.5
North Carolina has turned into a fringe College Football Playoff contender, but it has no choice but to get past rival N.C. State this week in Raleigh, a place where a number of great ACC teams have come to have their seasons wrecked in the past. This is a nasty rivalry game, and the Wolfpack have everything to play for here. UNC would be forgiven to be more worried about its game with Clemson next week in the ACC Championship Game, and that's why this line movement isn't all that surprising. The Wolfpack are decisively sharp in a game many figure the Tar Heels will coast through.
Florida State vs. Florida, Saturday 7:30 p.m. ET
Opening College Football Odds: Florida -2.5
Current College Football Odds: Florida State -2.5
That's not a typo. Florida opened up with the slight advantage in this game, but bettors have quickly moved this spread to the side of the garnet and gold. Florida State has been the top team in the Sunshine State for the last couple seasons, winning this game in both 2013 and 2014 and going on to the College Football Playoff last year and the BCS National Championship the year prior. The Gators might be the ones with playoff aspirations this year, but the Seminoles certainly have the better of the two teams in the eyes of the betting public.
