Championship Week is here, as teams from all across college football have just one last chance to make an impression on bowl committees and the College Football Selection Committee. The slate is limited, but that isn't stopping the lines from flying all over the place in some of the most important games of the season.

SEC Championship Game – Alabama vs. Florida, Saturday 4:00 p.m. ET
Opening College Football Odds: Alabama -16
Current College Football Odds: Alabama -18
Don't act so shocked. The Gators are garnering just 30 percent of the bets in this game, and it's a wonder who the heck thinks they're scoring enough points to stick inside of this number against Alabama. It's not that the Crimson Tide are offensive juggernauts; they certainly aren't (far from it, actually). It's that the Gators didn't score an offensive point last week against Florida State, and they've scored a grand total of four touchdowns on offense in their last four and a half games. Yikes. That said, there are many who are going to believe that 20 will be enough for the Tide to not only win the SEC and reach the College Football Playoff, but cover this game as well. That's why this spread has continued to rise even though we've seen far screwier things happen than upsets like this.
ACC Championship Game – Clemson vs. North Carolina, Saturday 8:00 p.m. ET
Opening College Football Odds: Clemson -5.5
Current College Football Odds: Clemson -4.5
The No. 1 team in America is quite possibly on the ropes right now. North Carolina has won 12 games in a row, and though the College Football Playoff Committee doesn't seem to think that it's worthy of being called one of the best four teams in the land, bettors certainly believe there's a shot here at an upset. The fact of the matter is that this isn't even the Tigers' biggest test of the year. They passed with flying colors against both Notre Dame and Florida State. Just be aware that any win is good enough for Clemson. Covering is surely secondary when you've got the top team in America and need a win to stay in that top slot.
Pac-12 Championship Game – Stanford vs. USC, Saturday 7:30 p.m. ET
Opening College Football Odds: Stanford -3.5
Current College Football Odds: Stanford -4.5
Many think that a Clemson loss on Saturday opens up the door for the Cardinal to become the first team since the playoff has come around to sneak in with two losses. There's no doubting the fact that Stanford will have played against a brutal schedule, but two of those games have been lost. The Trojans were actually heavy favorites when these two teams met earlier this year, but the Cardinal were able to go to the Coliseum and walk out with a relatively resounding 10-point win. Still, the bettors are on the side of the de facto hosts here, as this should be a somewhat pro-Stanford crowd at Levi's Stadium. The move from -3.5 to -4.5 isn't massive, but it certainly is notable.
New Mexico State vs. Louisiana Monroe, Saturday 3:00 p.m. ET
Opening College Football Odds: Louisiana-Monroe -3
Current College Football Odds: Pick 'Em
Let's not forget that the game between NMSU and ULM is just as easy to make money on as the conference title games this Saturday. This line move is really flying under the radar, and perhaps well it should with these two teams combining for just four wins this year. Still, the Aggies have won games SU as 15.5 and 16.5-point underdogs just in November alone, and that doesn't include a win on Halloween night over Idaho as seven-point pups. Louisiana-Monroe still hasn't beaten an FBS team this year, and this is the first time it is favored over an FBS team. If this line moves one more point, New Mexico State will be favored on the road for the first time since 2011 and for the first time in a game played outside of the state of New Mexico since 2008.
