The Auburn Tigers might not have the same cachet as their rival, Alabama, but can set up a showdown against it for the SEC West title in the regular season finale with a win this week. Auburn will need to knock off the Georgia Bulldogs in Week 11 of the college football season.
The Tigers will be road favorites as they aim to extend their winning streak to seven consecutive games. Georgia has been in a lot of close games this season and will look to defend its home turf despite the underdog status.

Odds Analysis
It won’t be easy for Auburn to roll up a double-digit victory on the road against a solid foe, but the gamblers are hitching their wagon to that action. The Tigers are taking 57 percent of the money early on to cover.
The scoring total has been deemed too high, as more than 80 percent of the action has taken the “under”in this matchup. Auburn sits at -400 on the moneyline to win, while Georgia is a +325 underdog.
Auburn is 7-2 straight up as well as 7-2 against the spread this season. The Tigers have covered four times in six attempts and are 2-0 against the spread in road games.
Georgia is 5-4 straight up but only 3-6 against the spread. The Bulldogs are 0-3 against the spread as the underdog and have failed to cover in four attempts at home.
Injury Report
Auburn has been banged up recently but will have some key pieces in the fold for this one. Quarterback Sean White didn’t start against Vanderbilt but played in the second half and should be ready to go in this one.
He has completed 123-of-178 passes for 1,617 yards with nine touchdowns and two interceptions on the season. Running back Kamryn Pettway is also expected to play after pulling a muscle last week.
Wide receiver Tony Stevens and linebacker Tre’ Williams are also expected to be good to go, which is a good sign for the Tigers in this one.
Player to Watch
Nick Chubb - Georgia’s running back has not put up the type of numbers he wanted this season and will need to have a big game in order to give his team a shot at victory.
Chubb has carried the ball 146 times for 691 yards and five touchdowns this season. He is only averaging 4.7 yards-per-carry after putting up more than seven yards per carry in each of his first two college years.
Chubb had more than 220 yards rushing in the opener this season but has only topped 100 times once since then. He isn’t even guaranteed to hit 1,000 yards this year after amassing 1,547 yards on the ground in 2014.
The Tigers only give up only 125 rushing yards per game and will aim to bottle up Chubb.
Free ATS Pick
Auburn has looked really good lately and has slid into the top-10 nationally. The Tigers lost to Clemson and Texas A&M early on but stuck with it and have been really good of late.
The Tigers are the better team, but Georgia is no pushover. The Bulldogs have lost two of their games by a field goal or less and should be able to make this one competitive.
The spread is too high in this one. Georgia is a mid-tier SEC team and while its overall record isn’t impressive, Auburn will have a tough time pulling away. Take the Tigers to win this game but the Bulldogs will be able to cover.
College Football Odds: Auburn 31, Georgia 27
