The Denver Broncos have officially imploded. A team that just two seasons ago won the Super Bowl has watched an ugly quarterback situation derail its hopes. Denver has lost seven consecutive games but is actually favored in Week 13 when it hits the road to face off against the struggling Miami Dolphins.
These are two of the worst teams in the NFL. It’s not a huge surprise Miami fell after a season-ending knee injury to starting quarterback Ryan Tannehill in the preseason, but the Broncos have fallen apart at the seams and are just 3-8 during a year they expected to make the postseason.
This is game should be competitive, but it might not be very fun to watch, as both offenses have struggled badly on the year.
This matchup in Week 13 of the regular season will take place on Sunday, December 3, 2017, at 1 p.m at 7 p.m. ET at Hard Rock Stadium.

Odds Analysis
The Broncos are slight road favorites, and the betting public agrees with that as more than 58 percent of the action is on Denver to cover the spread. The scoring total doesn’t get much lower than this in the NFL, and the action seems to indicate that is a bit too low as more than 70 percent of the money is on the “over.”
Injury Report
Aqib Talib — The Broncos cornerback has been suspended for a game after getting into a fight with Raiders receiver Michael Crabtree last Sunday. Both players were ejected following the altercation and each was issued a two-game ban before they were reduced upon appeal. Talib has six passes defensed as well as an interception and a forced fumble this year, and his absence is big.
Jay Cutler - Miami’s quarterback missed the team’s last game with a concussion, and it’s unclear if he will be ready to go for this one. Cutler hasn’t been good this year, but he’s still a better option than Matt Moore. If Moore plays, the Broncos defense could have a huge game.
Paxton Lynch - The Broncos’ young quarterback suffered a high ankle sprain and is expected to be out two to four weeks. He didn’t have much success when in the game, and was the latest quarterback in a carousel of inefficiency that has included Trevor Siemian and Brock Osweiler. Siemian will get the start in this one.
Damien Williams- The Dolphins’ running back is expected to miss this game with a shoulder injury. Miami has been searching for a consistent running game after Jay Ajayi was dealt to the Eagles at the trading deadline. Williams was doing a decent job with his opportunity but Kenyan Drake will likely be the main running back now.
Key Stat
5. That’s the losing streak for the Dolphins, which is actually the lesser of the teams involved in this game. Miami started the season 4-2 but has fallen on its face. The Dolphins have lost games to the Ravens, Raiders, Panthers, Buccaneers, and, last time out, the Patriots.
Their closest game in that stretch was a three-point loss to Oakland. Baltimore crushed Miami by a score of 40-0 to start it off.
The Broncos have lost seven straight. It began with an ominous 23-10 loss to the Giants, and they have subsequently been defeated by the Chargers, Chiefs, Eagles, Patriots, Bengals, and, last time out, the Raiders.
Free ATS Pick
The Broncos are scoring 17.9 points per game and allowing 25.5. The Dolphins are only scoring 15.8 points per contest and giving up more than 26. Both of these teams are struggling badly, with the root of the issue at quarterback.
It’s not going to get any better in this one, but at least the teams can commiserate in a low-scoring affair. Take the Broncos to win an ugly one.
NFL Odds: Broncos 24, Dolphins 16
