The Jacksonville Jaguars are the best team in the AFC South this season, but an upset loss last week in Arizona has dropped them behind the Tennessee Titans in the division. The Jaguars need to play well down the stretch in order to win the division title and get home field advantage in the first round of the playoffs. They have a good opportunity to get back on track when they host the Indianapolis Colts in Week 13.
Indy has been competitive in most games this season but has fallen apart in the third and fourth quarters. They would love to be close in the second half in this one but it won’t be easy against a team that boasts such an elite defense.
Kickoff for this regular season Week 13 game is set for Sunday, December 3, 2017, at 1 p.m. ET at EverBank Field.

Odds Analysis
The Jaguars’ loss last week hasn’t changed the oddsmakers’ tune, as they are heavy favorites at home. More than 55 percent of the money is on the Colts to cover considering Jacksonville doesn’t have a good offense and these are a lot of points to cover.
The scoring total is pretty low and yet the “under” is still the more popular choice among bettors. The Jaguars are listed at -460 on the moneyline to win this game, while the Colts are the +358 underdog to pull the upset.
Player To Watch
Jacoby Brissett -- The Colts’ quarterback has tried to fill in capably for Andrew Luck this season but it has been tough. Brissett has thrown for 2,368 yards with nine touchdowns and five interceptions. He suffered a concussion recently but didn’t miss a game and should be good to go for this one.
Brissett has only thrown two interceptions in his past six games as he has gotten used to the Indianapolis offense and seems like a solid player who should continue to grow. However, the degree of difficulty is very high in this one against a great Jacksonville defense.
The Jaguars lead the league in both points allowed and total defense and have scored eight defensive touchdowns. Punts are fine against Jacksonville, as Brissett must do everything he can to take care of the football.
Injury Report
Telvin Smith —The Jaguars linebacker suffered a concussion against the Cardinals on Sunday and left the game. Smith was initially cleared to return, but later ruled out and must now undergo the league-mandated protocol before he is able to return to the field.
Jalen Ramsey — The Jacksonville cornerback was limited in practice this week with an ankle injury. The second-year player has 42 tackles and two interceptions this season for Jaguars.
Ryan Kelly — The Colts starting center is likely to miss Sunday’s game against the Jaguars with a concussion. He suffered the injury in Week 12 against the Titans and has yet to be cleared to return.
Allen Hurns — The Jaguars wide receiver is dealing with an ankle injury that has kept him out of the past two games. He didn’t practice on Wednesday and may not be available in this one. Dede Westbrook would likely take his role in the Jaguars’ offense.
Free ATS Pick
Jacksonville might be tied with the Titans record-wise atop the division, but it is the vastly superior team and should eventually pull away. The Colts have been competitive this year but this game isn’t going to go well.
The Jaguars’ defense is going to flex its muscle at home in a big way. Take Jacksonville to not only win this game but to cover the considerable spread. The “under” is the choice as the Colts are going to have all sorts of problems moving the ball effectively in this one.
NFL Odds: Jaguars 27, Colts 10
