The Cardinals are 4-4, which is only one game back of Seattle, but have been hit hard by injuries to key players. They are without starting quarterback Carson Palmer and star running back David Johnson, which is why they will be the underdogs in this one despite being at home.
Backup quarterback Drew Stanton had a nice showing for the Cardinals last time out as they beat the winless 49ers on the road, but this is a much tougher test with the Seattle defense full of stars and playmakers.
Kickoff for this regular season Week 10 game is set for Thursday, November 9, 2017, at 8:25 p.m. ET at University of Phoenix Stadium.

Odds Analysis
The Seahawks are nearly touchdown favorites and about 60 percent of the early action has come in on them to cover. Seattle has to play well in order to do so, because while the Cardinals are missing some key pieces, the Seahawks haven’t been great despite having most of their stars available.
The scoring total is lower than most NFL games, which isn’t a surprise. The defenses could rule in this one, and the “under” is thus far getting the vast majority of the action.
Injury Report
Eddie Lacy — The Seahawks’ running back suffered a groin injury in the first quarter of the loss to the Redskins on Sunday and did not return. The severity of the injury is not yet known. He has been in and out of the lineup at running back due to ineffectiveness, and now that he was getting a chance to start, it’s a tough break to get injured. Seattle’s running back situation is unsettled, and this adds another wrench to it.
Sheldon Richardson — The Seahawks’ defensive tackled missed Sunday’s game with an oblique injury. He suffered the sprain last week in practice, but Seattle coach Pete Carroll told reporters this weekend there’s a possibility of him returning this week against the Cardinals.
Palmer — The Cardinals’ quarterback broke his arm in Week 7 against the Rams, which is going to keep him out for at least eight weeks since the team placed him on injured reserve. Stanton is expected to be the man moving forward. He threw a couple of touchdown passes against the 49ers and took pretty good care of the ball. If he can duplicate that performance, the Seahawks could be on upset alert.
Player to Watch
Adrian Peterson — Many were questioning if Peterson’s best days were behind him, but the veteran running back has found new life since being traded to Cardinals last month and has proven he’s still capable of being game-changer and achieving new milestones. On Sunday the 32-year-old carried the ball a career-high 37 carries for 159 yards and helped the Cardinals to a 30-10 win over San Francisco.
In the short time he’s been with the Cardinals, Peterson has provided a balance on offense that was missing for Arizona earlier this year and one that becomes especially important with Palmer currently sidelined. He will be a key piece in keeping the Cardinals in the game against the Seahawks and should expect to be called upon a lot.
Free ATS Pick
The Cardinals have the home field advantage but may just be too undermanned for this one. They will aim to establish the running game but Seattle often does a nice job against it.
The Seahawks should be able to win this game but it might not be as pretty as people think. Take the Cardinals to cover and the “under” to be the correct call on the scoring total in a slugfest.
NFL Odds: Seahawks 20, Cardinals 17
