Huge favorites litter the Week 10 NFL docket, knowing that there are eight teams who opened up at -6 or higher, a huge percentage in a league where a third of all games are decided by smaller margins than that.

Panthers vs. Titans, Sunday 1:00 p.m. ET
Opening NFL Odds: Panthers -6.5
Current NFL Odds: Panthers -5
This might not seem like an obvious line move, but experienced bettors had to know when this game was on the docket that there was a sharp side and a square side. The undefeated team is laying less than a touchdown on the road against a team which is a dumpster fire and already had a four-game losing streak at home this year. Still, the Titans looked much better last week on the road in New Orleans, a game which was not only the first for Mike Mularkey as the coach of this team, but the first back after missing a couple weeks for rookie Marcus Mariota as well. Mariota is clearly the best option at quarterback Tennessee has, and he might still have this team competing for the AFC South title before year end.
Dolphins vs. Eagles, Sunday 1:00 p.m. ET
Opening NFL Odds: Over/Under 47
Current NFL Odds: Over/Under 49
The Dolphins and the Eagles have had some tremendously explosive moments on the field over the course of the last few weeks. Miami has shown the ability to score from anywhere on the field against lackluster defenses, and though Sam Bradford has largely been iffy, he did have some great moments against Dallas last week. The Eagles' defense is boom or bust, and that's why over bettors are all over this over. Even if they're at their best, they're creating turnovers and leaving an offense full of potential with short fields to work with. Either way, there's a distinct possibility for points.
Jaguars vs. Ravens, Sunday 1:00 p.m. ET
Opening NFL Odds: Over/Under 50
Current NFL Odds: Over/Under 48
The Ravens and Jags aren't exactly appealing right now for the casual fan, but bettors have consistently pounded the under in this game this week. Don't assume though, that the fact that both of these teams stink means that there will be a slew of points. Yes, the Baltimore defense has been awful, but it's not like the Jaguars are lighting the world on fire offensively. The Ravens are still gritty and still want to run the ball first, and it's going to take a lot of possessions and a lot of touchdowns to get this football game to the total. A number set at 48 is still really high, but it's down two points from the opening number of 50 for a reason.
Chiefs vs. Broncos, Sunday 4:25 p.m. ET
Opening NFL Odds: Broncos -7 Current NFL Odds: Broncos -6
This is really all about Peyton Manning. Remember that we're only a month and a half removed from Kansas City choking away a game against this same Denver squad on yet another night where Manning had nothing going. Manning had some moments last week against the Colts, and he's going to be the all-time leading passer in NFL history after just one throw this week, but he's still only picking up stats because of his receivers, not because of his arm. Yes, there's no Jamaal Charles this time around for the Chiefs, but their defense is generally playing pretty well right now, and especially off of a bye, this becomes a dangerous game for Denver.
Texans vs. Bengals, Monday 8:30 p.m. ET
Opening NFL Odds: Bengals -12
Current NFL Odds: Bengals -10.5
The Texans are sharp this week, perhaps signaling a sign that the Bengals are ready to take their foot off of the gas pedal after opening up at 8-0. There's no doubt that this is a bad matchup for Houston, knowing that its weaknesses in the secondary could be tremendously exposed by a high-flying Cincinnati offense. However, this is a lot of points as well, and Houston has had a bye week to try to get its act together for a push at the AFC South title.
