Another of the ranks of the unbeaten fell in Week 9 in the NFL, but it wasn't the Carolina team many were expecting to see drop. Instead, it was Denver which was beaten by Indianapolis, leaving Cincinnati and New England as the two unbeatens left standing in the AFC along with the Panthers in the NFC. All three have potentially tricky games ahead of them in Week 10 and should be very careful with their foes.

GAME OF THE WEEK
The Cardinals have a chance to likely put away the NFC West race on Sunday Night Football if they can find a way to take down the Seahawks at CenturyLink Field. It's an interesting matchup for sure, as the perception is still there that Seattle is the better of these two teams. However, Arizona has won on this field in the past, and it knows how to get the job done against Russell Wilson and the gang, and it has had a bye week to get ready to do so.
Should the Cards win this game, they'll be three games up on the Seahawks with a home game yet to play against them, and there will only be seven games left to play for Seattle to make it up. This isn't the end of the world for Arizona, but it surely is for Seattle. The end of the Seahawks dynasty could be signaled if this game ends in defeat.
The Seahawks are still perceived to be the slightly better of these two clubs at -3.5, while the total opened at a modest 45.
WEEK 10 NFL ODDS NOTES
-The Bengals and the Packers are two of the best teams in the NFL this year, and they opened up as the biggest favorites on the board in Week 10. Green Bay is -12 against a hapless Detroit team which just fired its GM and team president this past week, while Cincinnati is giving a dozen to the Texans, who are still looking to keep their hopes for a playoff berth alive in the suddenly wide open AFC.
-The biggest road favorites of the week are the Patriots at -7 against the Giants. Does this script look a little familiar, though? New England and New York play against each other in the regular season. The Pats are perceived to be one of the best teams in the NFL. The Giants are perceived to be a team lucky to get into the playoffs. The last two times this has happened, the two clubs went on to meet in the Super Bowl, and we all know how those games panned out. This could be the toughest game of the year left for the Patriots outside of a game against Denver on the road in two weeks.
-The Giants and Patriots are also notable for having the highest total on the board in Week 10 at 54. It's the highest opening total of the entire season, and it's a number which could go up in a hurry. New York has become known for a defense which can be a sieve, something that New England could largely take advantage of with ease. Last week's 27 points against Washington was considered a bad day at the office for Tom Brady and the gang.
-The lowest total of the week opened at 42.5, a number shared by the Panthers/Titans game and the Chiefs/Broncos game. This is the highest total to be the lowest on the board as an opening number since Week 2 of the season, though we doubt they'll end up being the lowest numbers to open when the rest of the lines finish coming out. Cleveland and Pittsburgh could combine to put up a number in the 30s with Landry Jones and Johnny Manziel very likely being the two starting quarterbacks in the game.
