After a week where home teams really had a tremendous time in Week 6, Week 7 has a lot of teams that are perceived to be lesser teams playing at home against greater teams. Some of those are short favorites, while others are short dogs, and that could lead to some interesting results over the course of the next seven days.

Games of the Week
Patriots at Steelers – Sunday 4:25 p.m. ET
There's still a big question as to whether Ben Roethlisberger is going to play in this one or not. He got hurt last week against the Dolphins and definitely didn't look the same after he took the shot to his foot. If Roethlisberger is in the lineup, this game is very likely going to be a big deciding factor in home field advantage in the AFC. Both of these teams should win their divisions, and if New England wins this one, it's going to be hard to see it not finishing as the No. 1 seed in this conference.
Tom Brady has been rolling right along since his return from suspension, throwing for over 350 yards and three TDs in each of his first two games. He hasn't been picked off, and he's gotten Rob Gronkowski involved in this offense a ton. But it's the ground game with James White and LeGarrette Blount that could be big in this one, especially after Pittsburgh just allowed Jay Ajayi, of all people, to run for over 200 yards.
The Patriots are softly lined at -4, but this is more or less right in the middle of the numbers you'll see if Roethlisberger is in or out. Figure you'll see New England around -3 or so if Big Ben is healthy and -8 or greater if he isn't.
Seahawks at Cardinals – Sunday 8:30 p.m. ET
Even though the Rams had a nice start to their season, they aren't likely going to be involved in the NFC West title race. The Cardinals haven't been great to kick off the season, while the Seahawks have seemed to right the ship in spite of some early injuries.
Arizona is going to be playing on a short week after playing on Monday Night Football against the Jets. If Seattle wins this game, this division race really could be all over but the crying, as it would be three up in the loss column on Arizona with nine for the Cards and 10 for the Seahawks to go.
Last year, Carson Palmer and the Cardinals finally got the best of the Seahawks and won the NFC West, and this division race isn't over yet at this point. In fact, if last week's game against Atlanta told us nothing else, it's that Seattle's defense is still vulnerable over the top. No team likes being more vertical than Arizona, and Palmer could be in for a big game in spite of the fact that the Seahawks still have one of the most aggressive defenses in the NFL.
This game will likely end up being lined right around a pick 'em when the spread comes out for this one, though as of the writing of this article, this spread had yet to be posted mainstream due to the fact that the Cards still have to play on MNF against the Jets.
