Games of the Week

Patriots at Bills – Sunday 1 p.m. ET

There's a big difference between the Bills going on the road and beating Jacoby Brissett and playing at home against Tom Brady. Sure, Orchard Park is going to give the Bills a great advantage with their 12th man in attendance, but there's no doubt that New England is a much different team now than it was a handful of weeks ago when a third-string quarterback was just trying to get the team through the end of Brady's suspension.

Since Brady's return, he has eight TDs and nary a single pick, and the Patriots have basically been running up and down the field.

The Bills lost a bad game last week in Miami to fall two games back in the AFC East, and even though they have a win over New England already and could get the sweep, there's still a lot of work to be done to get back into this division race. If the Patriots win this one, there's no doubt whatsoever they'll run away from the rest of this division with a three-game lead on this field, so this becomes a vital game for both of these teams.

The Patriots have been big favorites against everyone they've played since Brady's return, but this is the closest spread of the bunch at -5.5.

Eagles at Cowboys – Sunday 8:30 p.m. ET

Sunday Night Football is definitely another good one in Week 9, and it might decide the rest of the path of the season in the NFC East.

The Cowboys are in the driver's seat right now for sure. They've got a game in the loss column on the Eagles and two on both the Giants and Redskins, and winning this game would give them a tremendous stronghold in the division.

Philadelphia though, is flying high after a big win over the Vikings last week. The Eagles have really gotten their defense together again, and they're going to be aggressive for sure against Dak Prescott and try to make the rookie make some mistakes.

Of course, that's the same thing Dallas is going to try to do to Carson Wentz. Wentz definitely hasn't played as well over the course of the last few weeks as he did at the start of the season, but he's a gamer for sure, and this challenge isn't going to be too much for him.

Philly has played three road games this year, and the team only has one win against the Bears along with losses to the Lions and Redskins.

The Cowboys though, are set at -4.5, insinuating that they're playing at home, but that they're the better of these two teams as well.
