BIG GAINERS

Here are some of the winners from Week 1 and their change in Super Bowl odds after big opening week victories…

Bills ( + 4157 to + 2896 )

Bengals ( + 4289 to + 2620 )

Packers ( + 645 to + 425 )

Chiefs ( + 4003 to + 2821 )

Chargers ( + 3774 to + 2814 )

49ers ( + 6684 to + 4552 )

Rams ( + 4688 to + 3344 )

Titans ( + 20000 to + 7711 )

Buffalo was able to take care of an Indianapolis team which many believe is going to win the AFC South with ease and potentially have a first round bye in the playoffs as well. Rex Ryan clearly has a defense which is going to cause some problems this year, and there is a real chance to make even more noise against New England this weekend.

Cincinnati was a big mover, not just because of what it did this weekend, but the fact that the rest of the teams in the AFC North lost.

That's basically why the Packers have become the Super Bowl favorites as well. The Broncos and Cowboys looked terrible in victory, while other Super Bowl contenders like the Ravens, Seahawks, Eagles and Colts all lost.

The Rams knocked off Seattle in overtime, flexing its muscle as a potential power in the NFC West, while both the Chiefs and Chargers put Denver on notice with impressive victories in their own right.

The 49ers and Titans both posted blowout victories in Week 1 in shocking fashion, as both were short underdogs in their games. Marcus Mariota had a perfect quarterback rating, giving him arguably the most impressive debut game for a rookie quarterback in NFL history.

BIG LOSERS

Here are some of the losers from Week 1 and their change in Super Bowl odds after shocking opening week losses…

Ravens ( + 1906 to + 2606 )

Browns ( + 12500 to + 25000 )

Lions ( + 3867 to + 4800 )

Giants ( + 4182 to + 7127 )

Buccaneers ( + 13951 to + 30000 )

The Bucs might have been the biggest disappointment. No one really expected to see Tampa Bay win the Super Bowl this year, but to get blown out by the Titans and to make Mariota look like Joe Montana was just a disgrace.

The Giants blew a game which clearly should have been won against the Cowboys, and it's easy now to suggest that they will just never get up off of the mat from such a catastrophic defeat to a division rival.

The Browns not only lost to the Jets over the weekend, but it's anyone's guess how long they have lost Josh McCown for. Johnny Manziel looked horrible for the most part against a bad club as well, basically ending any hopes they had of winning the Super Bowl.

The Lions blew a big lead on the road against San Diego, and though a loss to an AFC team isn't the end of the world, there are clearly warning signs that this team won't be sticking around for a playoff push in 2015.

Baltimore was beaten by Denver over the weekend as well, and it did so without reaching the end zone on offense the entire way. Worse was the Achilles injury to Terrell Suggs, one which has ended his season.
