If Tom Brady’s wife wasn’t a successful and beautiful supermodel, this prop bet wouldn’t even hit the board. Even if Atlanta pulls off the upset, no one on the Falcons has a supermodel wife who is worth millions and one of the most powerful women in the world according to Forbes Magazine. Bundchen is Brady’s biggest fan and she will share in the joy of a victory and, more importantly, will console her husband in the event of a loss, and that always makes for good television.
We always get the personal side of players and their family members during games of this magnitude and the Super Bowl is the biggest sporting event there is. We haven’t seen the family side of Brady much in the past, but that all changed with a sweet Instagram post after the AFC title game, when he and Gisele shared a photo. And you have to figure the broadcast crew is going to pick up on that.
There is plenty of dead air to fill during a three and a half hour broadcast of the Super Bowl and the supermodel wife of the star quarterback makes for good fodder. The only way this prop doesn’t cash the over is if Gisele hides from the cameras, and that’s entirely possible since she wouldn’t want to overshadow Brady in the biggest game of the year.
