Rex Ryan returns!
The New York Jets would love nothing more than to give their former coach a swift kick to the butt towards the door of the playoffs in the AFC Wild Card chase, and they'll have a chance to do so when the Buffalo Bills come a calling to kick off Week 10.

ODDS ANALYSIS
The Jets opened up at -3.5 and almost immediately came down to -3, proving that there is a lot of faith here in Buffalo. The Bills have a lot of potential, but injuries have derailed a lot of that.
However, there seems to be a lot more attention being paid to the lack of success of the Jets right now. They didn't cover against Jacksonville last week, but they did win the game and were ahead comfortably the whole way. The line movement makes no sense to us, and we'd bet that by the time this one kicks off, that 3.5-point spread is restored.
The total opened at 44.5 and moved down to 43 within the first four hours of the betting lines being open, something which isn't a huge shock given the defensive nature of these two teams.
WHEN THE BUFFALO BILLS HAVE THE BALL
Just when the Bills thought they were getting healthy, the injury bug struck again. LeSean McCoy might've had a chance to play this one if it was on Sunday, but we doubt that he'll be able to go with a shoulder injury he picked up last weekend. McCoy says that he'll be fine to play on Thursday, but we have our reservations.
Karlos Williams has been great in his place, but no matter whether it's the rookie from FSU or the veteran picked up from Philadelphia toting the rock, that man is going against one of the toughest rush defenses in the NFL.
New York just flat out doesn't let teams run on it, giving up just 80.6 rushing yards per game and less than 3.5 yards per carry.
That's going to leave the onus on Tyrod Taylor to make plays. Quietly, the Bills have scored at least 27 points in five out of eight games this season, and Taylor has been right in the middle of it all. He only has four picks on the season, and his 231 rushing yards in just six games makes him deadly for an aggressive defense which could be burned by his shiftiness.
The Jets could reasonably be without Antonio Cromartie and Dee Milliner in this one, both of which were hurt in last week's win against Jacksonville.
WHEN THE NEW YORK JETS HAVE THE BALL
Ryan Fitzpatrick is basically playing with just one hand right now. He suffered a gruesome thumb injury two weeks ago in Oakland, but he played the whole game against Jacksonville with his left hand all banged up. Fitzpatrick did get his center back, as Nick Mangold was back under center after sitting out against the Raiders, and that helped dramatically.
Chris Ivory though, has to get something started on the ground if the Jets are going to be successful in live betting. He has a total of just 84 yards on the ground in his last three NFL games, and it hasn't been for a lack of effort. He hasn't had a run for more than nine yards in that stretch, and has averaged almost 20 carries a game.
The Bills have been torched at times, but for the most part against the teams they should be slowing down, they've done the job for Ryan on this side of the ball.
One other note: Nick Folk injured his quadriceps last week, and we can't see him suiting up on Thursday, which will give the Jets just a few days to find a new kicker.
