This year’s AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am is loaded with top ranked players. Six of the top 10 players in the world are on hand, led by World No. 1 Jordan Spieth +595 and No. 3 Jason Day +885. Defending champion Brandt Snedeker +1215, Dustin Johnson +1012 and four-time winner at Pebble Beach, Phil Mickelson +2000 are also scheduled to compete. Bubba Watson +1812 and Justin Rose +2350 are making their first visit to the Monterey Peninsula.
In all, 12 of the top 25 in the current world rankings are scheduled to compete, making this field the best of the year to date.
Pebble Beach Golf Links is the host course this week. although three courses will be used in the rotation. Pebble Beach measures 6,828 yards and plays to a par 72. The venue is on everyone’s bucket list and the PGA Tour has made an annual visit since 1947. Using the spectacular Carmel Bay as a backdrop, amateurs Jack Neville and Douglas Grant were meticulous in building as many holes as possible along the craggy Pacific coastline. Spyglass Hill GC and Monterey Peninsula Country Club - Shore course also are used in the first three days of pro-am play.
Spyglass Hill Golf Club is the toughest of the three courses, although, if the wind blows, Pebble Beach can be a beast!

ODDS ANALYSIS
Phil Mickelson +2000 loves playing on the Monterey Peninsula having won this event four times. His game is showing promising signs in the ball-striking department and if his putter heats up, look out, win No. 5 could be on the way.
James Hahn +8500 went to Cal Berkeley and has played all the courses multiple times. He loves the poa ana putting surfaces and should keep last week’s momentum flowing with another top finish this week.
Everyone raves about Will Wilcox +12790 and his unreal ball-striking. He often goes unnoticed under the radar and at the end of the week, there he is, in the top 20. He churned out a top 10 last week in the desert and you can expect the seme this week at Pebble Beach.
Justin Rose +2350 will be matched up against another heavyweight, maybe Dustin Johnson or Bubba Watson and given his recent form, I am staying away from Rose in the weekly golf betting matchups. Plus, Rose hasn’t played here since 2007. Fade the wilted Rose!
