Rory McIlroy and Jason Day are the betting favorites at the TOUR Championship

Tour-Championship-Sept22

The grand finale on the PGA Tour has arrived with a 30 player field and every player is mathematically alive for the $10 million first prize.

Jason Day + 380, Jordan Spieth + 891, Henrik Stenson + 1078, Rickie Fowler + 1150 and Bubba Watson + 2295 all enter the TOUR Championship in control of their own destinies. If any of the five players win this week, they will walk away with the $10 million first prize and the FedEx Cup trophy.

Jim Furyk’s status is uncertain after a wrist injury forced him to withdraw from last week’s BMW Championship.

World No. 2 Rory McIlroy + 589 is coming off a T4 and is a player to keep your eye on. He is still trying to regain his form after his ankle misfortune and is trending in the right direction.

Each of the past five FedExCup champions have won the TOUR Championship. The last one who didn’t was Tiger Woods, who won the 2009 crown while finishing second to Phil Mickelson on the East Lake leaderboard.

The TOUR Championship golf odds, props and golf matchups are up and ready to play at BookMaker Sportsbook. BookMaker was the first sportsbook to have the live odds and golf matchups available to wager on.

Steven Bowditch + 7994

Bill Haas + 7128

Sangmoon Bae + 6509

Harris English + 5231

Jimmy Walker + 7948

Scott Piercy + 7450

Rickie Fowler + 1150 has a habit of playing well in big events and outside of major’s, the TOUR Championship is as big as it gets. The flashy Fowler will come up big again this week with another strong finish.

Rory McIlroy + 589 is fresh off a T4 last week and is rounding into form. I think Rory wins this week and re-takes the No. 1 spot.

Jordan Spieth + 891 likely will be paired up against Day and McIlroy in the weekly golf matchups and the young Texan is not firing on all cylinders. New world No. 1 Day and a revitalized McIlroy will be too much for Spieth to handle.

Jim Furyk + 4043 had to withdraw last week due to a wrist injury. Thats a huge red flag and a reason to stay away from the savvy veteran this week.

Danny Lee + 6520 is making his TOUR Championship debut. He has T30 or worse in his last four with final rounds at even par or worse. Lee will continue to struggle and finish near the bottom of the leaderboard. Fade Mr. Lee this week!
