If you want to see Ronda Rousey fight then you better watch UFC 207 because Rousey is not going to be fighting much longer. Rousey said that she is nearly done fighting. "Not that long, I'm wrapping it up," Rousey said recently on “The Ellen Show.” "This is definitely one of my last fights. So everyone better watch. The show isn't going to be around forever." Rousey is favored to defeat Amanda Nunes at UFC 207 on December 30th in Las Vegas.

Mental Fatigue for Rousey
The former bantamweight champion said that mental fatigue is more of a problem for her than physical fatigue. "I think it's more the buildup that's tiring more than anything else," Rousey said. "If we had a fight right now, I'd fight and then go get dinner and I wouldn't feel really tired about it. It's the weeks and weeks of buildup where you know you're fighting this one person and it's like this showdown and the most important thing in your whole life and then there are millions of people watching. It's that buildup for weeks on end. If it happened right now, I wouldn't be nervous. It's the waiting."
Rousey will be fighting Nunes at UFC 207 and if she wins that fight she might take a huge payday against Cristiane “Cyborg” Justino and then Rousey wants to avenge her loss to Holly Holm. And even those two fights may not happen as Rousey may just call it quits after the fight against Nunes.
Cyborg was not surprised by the Rousey retirement talk as she tweeted, “The talk of retirement and rumors of the fight happening are predictable. Time 2 bring n the FW division.” Cyborg has been trying to get the UFC to go to a featherweight division but UFC president Dana White has said that there isn’t enough talent in the ranks to justify a full division.
Rousey arrived in the UFC in 2013 so she has not been fighting that long but she has been very much in the public spotlight as White has put Rousey in front of every camera he can find. Rousey was simply dominant in winning her first 15 fights with many of them ending in under a minute. The fight against Holm was different as Rousey was hurt at UFC 193 last year where she suffered her only loss.

Nunes is the current UFC champion so she gets the top spot but Rousey is favored against Nunes at BookMaker.eu for UFC 207. Rousey will take over the top spot with a win while Nunes probably won’t drop down much even with a loss as the division beyond Nunes and Rousey isn’t that strong.
The fight between Nunes and Rousey is definitely an interesting one although it shouldn’t last long. Both fighters are most dangerous in the first round so it should end quickly one way or the other. Nunes has very little patience so she will be looking to hit Rousey fast and hard. That should play right into Rousey’s hands as she will be looking for a quick armbar. The danger for Rousey is that she will leave herself open to get hit in the first minute.
Beyond Nunes and Rousey the rest of the fighters are pretty much retreads.
Tate has had her chances and while she can beat some of the mid range fighters she can’t beat Nunes or Rousey. Shevchenko is in the same boat as she has already los to Nunes. Holm is the one fighter that does have a win against Rousey but she has lost to Shevchenko and Tate.
The fighter to watch in the rankings could be Pena who is 4-0 in the UFC including wins over Zingano and Eye.
