Uriah Hall and Vitor Belfort are no strangers to highlight reel knockouts. This Saturday, they’ll have the opportunity to earn one more - at one of their expenses. The middleweights have seen both their careers stall recently, but that doesn’t make this any less of a fun pairing. And on a UFC Fight Night Card with plenty of planned fireworks, this matchup could easily deliver the biggest boom of the night.

Let’s take a look at the UFC odds at BookMaker.eu, break down the matchup and get to your best betting options.

Matchup Breakdown

How much more does Belfort have left? Since TRT was banned from competition, the 40-year old’s decline has been rapid - and he’s suffered some nasty knockouts in the process. Once one of the most feared strikers in the division, Belfort has only one finish since 2015 - a first-round KO of an ancient Dan Henderson.

So what chance does he have against Hall, a man seven years his junior with electrifying athletic talent? For starters, Belfort proved that he’s more than just a one-round fighter when he gutted out a decision win over Nate Marquardt in his last outing. Since entering the UFC in 2013, Hall has proven vulnerable when forced to go the full 15 minutes. In five encounters where he reached the final bell, Hall has lost four.

Belfort has been much better about conserving his energy: at 40, he simply does not have the same gas tank nor the power to truck through opponents anymore. However, his legendary hand speed is still intact, and Hall has been knocked out in two of his past three fights.

Still, this is a fight where Hall should be heavily favored. The Jamaican-born striker has little to worry about in terms of takedowns, and will carry a distinct edge in speed and explosiveness. Though he has a frustrating tendency to shut down at times, this is a far more winnable fight for him than it is for Belfort. While Hall is just 1-3 in his past four, each of those losses came against top contenders.

UFC Betting Tips

Obviously, Hall to win a solid play, but the money line puts it into parlay territory. The round total should be avoided entirely, though the under would make the most sense considering how vulnerable each man is to knockout punches.

UFC Odds Pick: Hall to win at -300
