Dodson is a tiny dynamo, a 5’3” athlete with blistering speed and knockout power. Pound-for-pound, he’s one of the quickest fighters on the planet, and he relies greatly on the speed to carry him to wins. It’s nearly impossible to trap him, and his explosive ability makes him just as difficult to take down - as evidenced by his 83% defense.
There have been a few issues keeping Dodson from consistently maintaining a top-5 ranking. The first is that he has trouble taking the lead in a matchup.
