WELTERWEIGHTS
Nicolas Dalby -175
Zak Cummings +135
Over/under 2.5 rounds, over -245, under +175
Dalby - 14-0-1, 4 KOs, 3 SUBs - fought to a rare majority draw in his last bout against Darren Till. His only other octagon appearance resulted in a win in his debut against Elizeu Zaleski dos Santos. Prior to the UFC, Dalby spent time in regional European promotions, including the respected Cage Warriors Fighting Championship. Dalby will try to keep his undefeated record intact against Zak Cummings - 18-4, 5 KOs, 9 SUBs - a solid veteran with a 3-1 record in the UFC.
LIGHTWEIGHTS
Mairbek Taisumov vs. Damir Hadzovic
ODDS COMING SOON
Russia’s Taisumov - 24-5, 13 KOs, 9 SUBs - has quietly racked up a 4-1 UFC record, notching three straight KOs leading up his bout against Damir Hadzovic - 10-2, 5 KOs, 3 SUBs. A native of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hadzovic will be making his UFC debut after stints in Cage Warriors and Venator. Taisumov is the one to watch here, as a talented 27-year old with knockout power and submission skill.
BANTAMWEIGHTS
Ian Entwistle vs. Alejandro Perez
British submission specialist Ian Entwistle - 9-2, 1 KO, 7 SUBs - will look to build on his slick heel hook win over Anthony Birchak against Mexico’s Alejandro Perez - 16-6, 7 KOs, 5 SUBs. Both men project to be mid-tier fighters at best, although Entwistle could be a fringe top-15 fighter if he rounds out his skillset.
BANTAMWEIGHTS
Felip Pejic vs. Damian Stasiak
Filip Pejic - 10-1, 6 KOs, 3 SUBs - will make his UFC debut in his hometown of Zagreb, and he comes into his bout against Damian Stasiak - 8-3, 1 KO, 5 SUBs - on the heels of a nine-fight unbeaten streak. It’s obvious that Pejic was largely given a shot as a local draw for the promotion’s first venture into Croatia, so he’ll have to make some noise if he wants another fight soon. Stasiak lost his only UFC bout and could be on the chopping block with another loss.
