This Saturday, the world’s top women’s pound-for-pound fighter, Cris “Cyborg” Justino, will meet Swedish striker (and brave soul) Lina Lansberg in the main event of UFC FIght Night 95. It’s a matchup that should provide yet another tantalizing glimpse of one of the most terrifying fighters on the planet today - again fighting subpar competition.
Also on the the main card is former bantamweight champion Renan Barao, a heavyweight tilt between “Bigfoot” and “Big Country”, and two fun lighter weight scraps.

Main Event
Catchweight 140 Pounds
Cris Justino -1250
Lina Lanbserg +700
Over/under 1.5 rounds, over +290, under -350
Credit to Lina Lansberg for taking a fight that stars like Ronda Rousey, Holly Holm and Miesha Tate seem to be avoiding. But if Lansberg was anywhere near the level of Cyborg, or any top fighter for that matter, she would have been in the UFC, Bellator or Invicta already. Making your UFC debut against a fighter who has known for sending opponents into retirement is a ridiculously difficult task.
How You Should Bet
While Lansberg does have pro Muay Thai experience, that’s not gonna save her against one of the most savage strikers on the planet. Cyborg to win is a given, so parlay the pick to maximize your earnings.
UFC odds: Cyborg TKO Lansberg, Round 1
Co-Main Event
Featherweights
Renan Barao -425
Phillipe Nover +345
Over/under 2.5 rounds, over -145, under +125
Former bantamweight champion Renan Barao has fallen a long way since Dana White proclaimed him the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world. Two brutal losses to T.J. Dillashaw may have changed the course of his career, as evidenced by another loss to Jeremy Stephens in his last outing. Nover is exactly the type of mid-tier fighter that Barao needs to beat to prove that he’s a threat at 145 pounds. But it’s a dangerous fight, as Nover certainly has shown flashes of offensive talent worthy of top contenders - he’s just never been able to put it all together.
How You Should Bet
Barao’s resume is the deciding factor - he’s already beaten fighters that are superior to Nover. But considering Barao’s shattered confidence at the moment and Nover’s slick athletic standup, the over on 2.5 rounds might be the smarter play. Five of Nover’s past six have gone to decision, and four of Barao’s past five have made it to a final round.
UFC odds: Barao UD Nover
Heavyweights
Roy Nelson -445
Antonio Silva +350
Over/under 1.5 rounds, over +170, under -200
Both big men are close to the end of their careers, but they can still deliver crushing knockouts with a single punch. Nelson has a sledgehammer overhand right and one of the best chins in the game, while Silva is basically the Brazilian version of Hagrid - a half-giant who tips the scales at 265 pounds without a massively muscular frame.
How You Should Bet
Silva’a post-TRT decline has been far more dramatic than Nelson’s age-related decline. Basically, Silva has no chin left, and he’s been knocked out in the first round in four of his past five fights. On the other hand, Nelson is still taking tons of punishment to lopsided decisions. Expect him to walk through Bigfoot’s strikes and plant a finisher on the Brazilian’s chin.
UFC odds: Nelson KO Silva, Round 1
Lightweights
Francisco Trinaldo -128
Paul Felder +108
Over/under rounds, over , under
You can’t really call Trinaldo or Felder prospects anymore, but they are quietly becoming two good fighters in a stacked division. Trinaldo has quietly won six fights in a row and could earn a spot in the top-15 with a win. Felder has won two straight after back-to-back losses to Edson Barboza and Ross Pearson.
How You Should Bet
At 38 years old, Trinaldo is amazingly just hitting his stride as a fighter. Felder isn’t an easy out, but he’s not as complete as the Brazilian. Take Trinaldo to win.
UFC odds: Trinaldo UD Felder
