"Plucky Palace" has been sticking around most of the year in the middle of the table, but one good run here against a favorable portion of the schedule could certainly keep Crystal Palace in the mix for a European spot next season. The Eagles could fly high against Tottenham this Saturday.

ODDS ANALYSIS
Name recognition alone is what is keeping Tottenham has the overwhelming favorite in this match. Seeing +115 for a road team is a hefty figure for sure against a mid-table team like Crystal Palace, and we're not sure it's justified. A price of +260 on a CP team which is 4-2-5 at home is generous.
The total of 2.5 and under -135 vig is a testament to these two defense. Tottenham is allowing just under a goal per match this year, while Crystal Palace has one of the better defenses in the league for mid-table teams as well at just 1.1 goals per game allowed.
KEY INJURIES
The Spurs are still dealing with a relatively clean injury list at this point, though Ryan Mason is out for the long haul with an ankle injury.
Palace suffered a crucial injury with Kwesi Appiah over the summer, but aside from him still being nowhere near a return, Dwight Gayle and Yannick Bolasie are both on the mend as well. Gayle is back in training and should be back in the fold before too much longer after missing a month with a hamstring problem.
QUOTE TO NOTE
"I am happy with the squad that we have. We have enough quality to fight for different competitions. It's true that maybe the people, or you, are concerned about different things, but I am happy with the squad that we have." – Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino on the topic of the Spurs' lack of interest in making January signings
RECENT FORM
Crystal Palace was whipped last weekend against Manchester City 4-0, but it isn't the first, nor will it be the last team to succumb to what might be the best team in the world. What's more concerning is the fact that the Eagles have been beaten in three of their last four overall and have just three points to show for their last seven matches overall.
Tottenham had an impressive showing against Sunderland last weekend, a 4-1 win at White Hart Lane. The Spurs though, have to play against Leicester City on Wednesday in an FA Cup replay after drawing at home and then losing at home to the Foxes a few days later in the Premier League a week and a half ago.
ANALYSIS AND ODDS PREDICTION
Tottenham has been shaky in the midfield all season long, and the team really only has one striking option in Harry Kane. Granted, this is still a firm team, especially at the back, and Palace's offense is likely to really struggle without a proper striker of its own.
That said, the Eagles have been frisky at home historically, especially against these top flight teams. Alan Pardew has said time and time again that this team is better than its form suggests, and we think a point is a fair ask for this match against Tottenham and would be looked upon as a great step in the right direction for a club struggling with its results.
