Remember a year ago at this time when we all thought we knew that Leicester City was the worst team in the top flight in England and was bound to fall from its perch at some point? Now take the example of Hull City. The Tigers really looked the part of a dying team heading into this season, but though it's early, they have six points from two matches. If by chance they can steal something at home against Manchester City on Saturday afternoon in the showcase match of the day, heads will really start to turn in a hurry.
At 12:30 p.m. ET, tune into NBC for live television coverage of this Premier League match on Saturday, August 27, 2016, at KCOM Stadium.

Odds Analysis
Still, Hull City feels like a trick, and the oddsmakers are onto it. Man City is still set at -205 on the road, a massive margin for a team at this level on the road. Hull can be had at a price of +650 on the moneyline, a price which is surely going to be enticing for some knowing how well the club has played out of the blocks this year.
The real telling sign of the struggles for the hosts come with this total. The base number of 2.5 isn't a big shock; it's that the under is favored at -126 which tells us the most likely final score in this one is 2-0 to the visitors.
Key Injuries
How Hull City is keeping this together right now without Alex Bruce, Michael Dawson, Harry Maguire, Allan McGregor and Moses Odubajo, we'll never know. But it is, and the good news, if you want to look at it this way, is that there aren't any new injuries of note to discuss.
City still isn't sure when Vincent Kompany is going to be back on the pitch, nor is it totally clear when Leroy Sane and Bacary Sagna will return either. One thing is for sure, and that's that all three men aren't going to be playing in this match. The better question is whether Yaya Toure will be back in the fold after peculiarly being sat in each of the first two EPL matches.
Recent Form
Man City has been blowing teams away this year. Stoke City never had a chance in a 4-1 loss at Bet365 Stadium, and the Champions League first leg against Steaua Bucharest was never in doubt either in a 5-0 win which could have ultimately been much more emphatic than that. Do keep in mind that the Citizens have to play in the Champions League again this weekend versus Steaua, but at least that match is going to be at home and literally has zero bearing so long as they don't lose it by five goals.
Hull is just continuing to push right now. A midweek 3-1 win on the road against Exeter City was a nice result for a team which looked to be on upset alert, while wins over Swansea City on the road and Leicester City at home in the Premier League were both thrilling, yet shocking results.

Hull has to back down eventually. This team still doesn't have a full-time boss, and its forward situation is still a mess in spite of all of the goals which have somehow been scored in the opening matches.
Manchester City is just an entirely different creature to try to take care of as opposed to Leicester and Swansea. Once Sergio Aguero really gets going up front, the rest of the game plan will fall in line for Pep Guardiola, and we wouldn't be shocked if this one ends in yet another romp for the men in blue.
Premier League Odds: Manchester City 4, Hull City 1
