Last week, Manchester City was beaten down by a Stoke City team which it probably never should've struggled against. There are hiccups along the way in the Premier League grind for sure, but with the way the rest of the teams are playing at the top of the table, the Citizens can't afford many more slips. Saturday's match against Swansea really shouldn't be a problem.

ODDS ANALYSIS
Manchester City is laying a full goal and a half on the Asian Handicap on Saturday, as it is expected to put away the Swans without any challenge whatsoever. If you want to bank on a more traditional victory, it'll cost you. The Citizens are -400 on the moneyline.
The total has to be set high at 3 thanks to the fact that the spread is so darn high.
KEY INJURIES
Keep an eye on Sergio Aguero this week. He's listed as questionable for the Champions League match in the middle of the week. One would think if he plays, even if just as a sub in that match, he'll be available for selection on Saturday against Swansea as well. Vincent Kompany, Samir Nasri and Yaya Toure are all out for the Citizens as well.
Swansea has had a disappointing season to date, but that doesn't mean injuries have been a huge problem. Franck Tabanou is the only absentee of any note, and his thigh injury will likely keep him out for the rest of the calendar year.
QUOTE TO NOTE
"At the level we're playing at, we need to turn out performances of seven out of 10 at least every week and rely on some players to produce eights and nines. That's how we should be playing, and we're not." – Manchester City goalie Joe Hart on the performance of his team against Stoke last weekend
RECENT FORM
One has to wonder if Garry Monk is going to last all that much longer in charge of the Swans. His team was lifeless in a 3-0 loss to Leicester City last weekend, and that leaves Swansea without a win since October 24, going 0-1-4 along the way.
City was in pretty good shape before the loss to Stoke. The Sky Blues had beaten up both Hull City in the Capital One Cup and Southampton in the EPL. However, when you look back at the totality of what's gone on recently, this was a 5-0-0 team through five Premier League matches and is just 4-2-4 in its last 10 matches since then.
ANALYSIS AND ODDS PREDICTION
Swansea really played poorly against Leicester last week, and we have to wonder if its time out of the relegation zone is finished. This is a really bad time to be running into a Manchester City team which is destined for a better outing this time around after last week's debacle.
We just can't see any other results than a resounding Manchester City victory, especially if Aguero is going to play a key role in this one. He should score or setup at least one, and once that first goal finds the back of the net, it could be an explosion against a defense which was mauled last week for the full 90 minutes against the Foxes.
Manchester City 4, Swansea 0
