Manchester City's insane start to the season continued on Wednesday night when it went on the road and thrashed Swansea City 4-0. The Citizens have put 15 EPL games in a row in the win column, the longest streak in the history of the top flight of English soccer.
What chance could Tottenham Hotspur possibly have of stopping the Manchester giants? We'll find out on Saturday at the Etihad.

Odds Analysis
It's insanely hard to bet against City at the moment. Not only has the team won 15 straight games and has dropped just two points over the course of the first 17 games of the season, but the majority of these matches haven't even been remotely close.
The Citizens have already scored 52 goals this year, more than what probably half the EPL will score this entire season. Their +41 goal differential is the stuff you only see in video games, and it feels like it's only getting worse, not better for the opposition.
Still, Tottenham sits in fourth on the table and is going to put up its fight for certain. Catching the Citizens at the top of the table is impossible, but the Spurs still have a great chance to stay in the top-four and play in the Champions League in 2018-19.
Manchester City has opened at -190 on the moneyline, perhaps the only time all season long Tottenham will be getting a full goal from the oddsmakers.
Key Injuries
Injuries aren't really a huge problem on either side at this point in the season. The only notable absentee is Toby Alderweireld, a man who has been out since the beginning of November and probably won't return until sometime in the spring.
Recent Form
What more can we say about Manchester City? The team has dominated in every facet this entire season. The only knock on the club of late was a 2-1 loss at Shakhtar Donetsk in the Champions League a week and a half ago, but the match was of zero consequence to the Citizens. Guardiola didn't quite bring a junior side to Ukraine, but it was far from the team that has been ripping through BPL opponents left and right all fall long.
Tottenham has been in quite good form this last week and a half. The team crushed Brighton 2-0 at home midweek, a match that followed a 5-1 win against Stoke City and a 3-0 triumph over APOEL in the UCL before it.

If Guardiola isn't widely accepted as the best manager in the world right now, we don't know what more he could possibly do to prove that. He now owns the record for the longest winning streaks in the EPL, the Bundesliga and La Liga, and there isn't any reason to see a dip in form any time soon.
However, streaks are made to be broken, and at some point, a team like this is going to get one too many challenges to overcome when everyone is taking its best shot. Mauricio Pochettino has already stated the importance of this match and fancies his side to be able to go on the road and get a result.
We tend to agree with him, and the oddsmakers are almost insinuating the same thing by only making the best team in England a -190 chalk when it feels like -300 would be justifiable.
Son Heung-Min has been in great form of late, and Christian Eriksen and Harry Kane have always been thorns in the side of City.
Will Tottenham pull off this upset? Probably not. But this fixture feels like one that the Spurs will get something from.
