The United States Women's National Team will be back in action with a pair of friendly matches this week against Colombia, the first of which will come on Wednesday night in Hartford.

ODDS ANALYSIS
The Americans are always huge favorites wherever they go and whatever they do, and this won't be an exception even though Colombia has one of the many up and coming sides in South America.
Be quite careful about laying massive amounts of goals on the Asian Handicap, though. The Yanks have won all nine of their fixtures this year, but they haven't won any of their last four by more than just two goals, a relatively small margin of victory for a team expected to win by huge margins every single time out.
ROSTER ANALYSIS
Colombia's roster isn't all that stacked at this point, but it's definitely a young side. Stefan Castano is going to be one of the elite strikers for Colombia at some point, and at just 23-years old, she's got a lot of growing to do against this top level competition.
The United States will call upon a strong roster once again on Wednesday night. With vets Sydney Leroux and Amy Rodriguez pregnant and Abby Wambach recently retiring, Jill Ellis is still looking for the right strikers at the top of her form.
It's clear that Alex Morgan is going to be one of those strikers, but Christen Press, Crystal Dunn and Mallory Pugh are all fighting to become mainstays in the lineup for the Olympics in a few months.
This will likely be the 194th Cap for Hope Solo in the American net, and if Ellis uses a full side in this one, she'll have six players in the lineup with 100 or more Caps, including three with at least 190.
RECENT FORM
Colombia had a strong run at the Pan American Games in 2015. They beat Canada in Hamilton in a huge upset a few days after beating Argentina, but they ended up losing to Brazil 4-0 in a match which was never all that close.
In the Women's World Cup, Colombia made it to the knockout rounds for the first time. The Colombians' upset of France was one of the biggest surprises of the tourney. They did bow out against the United States in a 2-0 loss, but that was a match which was competitive for the first half before the Stars and Stripes took over.
The United States hardly ever loses. The team did lose its last match of the winter tour against China, but since the start of the new year, scoring goals against it has been virtually impossible. Germany did score in the final match of the SheBelieves Cup in March, but that was the first goal the Americans allowed in nine matches in 2016.
ANALYSIS AND ODDS PREDICTION
The Americans are surely going to win this match in Hartford, and playing these matches in the SheBelieves Cup against Germany, France and England, three of the world's top dogs for women's soccer, should be a great preparation for this match.
We suspect that Ellis is going to get the most out of her strikers in this one after a somewhat disappointing time in the SheBelieves Cup and in Olympics qualifiers. That said, this won't be as one-sided of a match as the final score would indicate, knowing that Colombia has come a long way as a side and should be proud of what it puts on the pitch on Wednesday night.
United States 3, Colombia 0
