IndyCar Honda Indy 200 Betting OddsIndyCar Betting Online: If you’re looking for the best advice for IndyCar wagering, you’ve certainly come to the right place. Here at Bookmaker sportsbook we’re previewing the Honda Indy 200, which will be held on July 31st, 2016, at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio, featuring Simon Pagenaud, Graham Rahal, Scott Dixon and Juan Pablo Montoya.

Scott Dixon has dominated the Honda Indy 200 since it returned to the IndyCar schedule, and another victory in 2016 could help move him to the top of the current standings. The race will be held on July 31st, 2016, at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio. Dixon has five victories here since 2007 and should be the clear favorite in IndyCar wagering.

The Honda Indy 200 had a three-year hiatus from 2004 through 2006, and since it was restarted, Dixon has been a common sight in victory lane. He won the 2007 race, then added titles in 2009, 2011, 2012 and 2014. Dixon is second in this year’s IndyCar standings with 140 points, and included in that is one victory. Dixon trails first-place Simon Pagenaud by 48 points, and doesn’t want to fall too far behind. If he can be within striking distance, Dixon could possibly overtake Pagenaud for the circuit lead, although it remains to be seen where they rank heading into this race.

Graham Rahal is the defending champion of the Honda IndyCar 200. He is currently in sixth place with 100 points and will look to become the first repeat champion since Dixon pulled off the feat in 2011 and 2012. Juan Pablo Montoya is currently in third place in the standings and will look for his first win at this race since 1999. Helio Castroneves also won here far in the past, capturing the 2000 and 2001 races. Castroneves is in fourth place with 118 points, while Tony Kanaan rounds out the top-5. Some of the other recent winners besides Rahal and Dixon include Charlie Kimball, Dario Franchitti and Ryan Briscoe.

While there are several former winners in the field for the 2016 Hondy Indy 200, no one has had the type of success as Dixon. Considering he has raced well this year and sits in second place overall through the first portion of the season, he should be the clear favorite. Pagenaud has looked really good as well and  could be one of the top contenders in IndyCar wagering.

Quick Pick IndyCar Odds: This is an easy call. Scott Dixon should be able to come away with yet another victory at the Hondy Indy 200.
