Moreno said this to sports.yahoo.com about his upcoming fight against Figueiredo, “The guy is angry and hungry. He wants to do something different on this one.
And I'm prepared for that. I'm really prepared for another war if it's necessary. But the goal is to finish this guy and don't see his face again because I'm sick of this guy, man. I'm sick of this guy. I'm sick of his fake world. So I just want to finish this guy again and move the page to the other contender.”

UFC Picks
It is almost unheard of for two fighters to be matching up for the third consecutive time. Yes, you will see fighters face each other three times, but I can’t ever remember it happening consecutively. They fought to a draw in December of 2020 and then Moreno won by submission last June. This looks like another even fight that could go either way. The interesting thing to me in this one is the rounds. Figueiredo has fought 23 times in his career and only five times has the fight gone the distance. Moreno goes the distance more often, but 14 of his 19 wins have come by finish. I don’t see this one going the distance, so I will lay the small price and bet this fight not to go the distance.
