The casino offers what we call a “Casino Courtesy Token”. It will be given every Wednesday, based on weekly net losses of $200 or more. Week will go from Monday to Sunday for this purpose. This token will be given only upon customer request.

One of the balances you will see listed in your Blackjack Tournaments lobby is the “Play Money” balance. This balance has no monetary value and it is used for playing in the games found on the “FREE Games” tab of the lobby. Casino Rollover is much different than in Sports. After eight months of inactivity, you will drop 1 status level. An account is considered inactive if no deposits or wagers have been placed. BetPoints become void after one year (12 months) of account inactivity. After which your BetPoints will be zeroed out.
