Weidman is a solid favorite to retain his title at -430, while Belfort is the +345 underdog. The over-under on number of rounds this fight lasts is set at just 2½, so expect a knockout or a submission win one way or the other pretty early on. A decision in this bout is unexpected.
There are three other main card fights, as well as seven more preliminary card fights. The other fights on the main card feature Donald Cerrone against John Makdessi in a lightweight fight, Travis Browne versus Andrei Arlovski in a heavyweight showdown and Joseph Benavidez facing John Moraga in a flyweight fight. While Jon Jones is absent from UFC 187, there is still plenty of intrigue, especially with the top two bouts, in UFC betting.
