The college basketball season is in full swing, and the better teams in each conference have begun to separate themselves from the rest of the pack. Thursday will be a busy day of action and there are plenty of games to wager on for gamblers.

It has not been the smoothest season for the Ohio State Buckeyes, but they get an ideal matchup next time out. The Buckeyes will welcome the Penn State Nittany Lions to town. Penn State has an overall record of 8-14 and has gone a paltry 1-10 in Big Ten games. The Nittany Lions won against Northwestern last time out but the streak won’t continue in this one. Ohio State is a 7.5-point favorite and not only should it win this game but cover the spread as well.
The Cincinnati Bearcats have climbed into the top-25 of late and have put together a solid showing this season. They will hit the road to face off against the Memphis Tigers. Cincinnati is the superior team and is the three-point favorite, but beware the slight home underdog. Memphis is good enough to pull off this upset.
The Pac-12 has been ugly this season, but there is a critical game being played on Thursday. The Washington Huskies are dominating the conference but have a tough matchup next time out on the road against the Arizona Wildcats. Arizona is not up to its usual standard but is still hard to beat at the McKale Center. The Wildcats are one-point underdogs and should be the pick to pull out the win on the moneyline.
Up the road in Tempe, Arizona State is a big-time 16.5-point favorite against Washington State. The Cougars do not have a lot of talent and are playing on the road, so it is easy to see why they are sizable underdogs. However, the Sun Devils have been inconsistent on the season and this spread is too high. Arizona State has the clear talent advantage but it tends to take bad shots at times.
