The Los Angeles Clippers began the season as the favorites in the West, and the Milwaukee Bucks had the same projection for the East. If both teams live up to that billing they will meet in the NBA Finals, which means we could be getting quite the preview this week. The Clippers will host the Bucks on Wednesday in a gargantuan early-season clash. Both teams have looked solid thus far and it will be intriguing to see how this one shakes out. These teams look pretty even in talent so the spread should be pretty small.
This NBA regular season game between the Milwaukee Bucks and Los Angeles Clippers will be held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California at 10 p.m. ET on Wednesday, November 6th, 2019. The game will be nationally televised on ESPN.

Odds Analysis
The Bucks have started this season with a record of 4-2. They have won two of their three road games thus far but this is a serious test in Los Angeles. Milwaukee finished with the best record in the NBA a year ago and has a similar roster, so it should again rack up the wins. This will likely be a rare game in which Milwaukee is the underdog.
The Clippers have a 4-2 record. They were given a lot of love this offseason after adding both Kawhi Leonard and Paul George to a roster that was already solid. Los Angeles is still a bit of an unknown but a win here could help prove that it deserves to be among the top of the conversation for NBA title contenders.
Injury Report
George has not played this season as he continues to recover from offseason surgeries on both shoulders. He recently ramped up his workload and is participating in team scrimmages, but it would be a great surprise if he plays this game, as George is expected back in the middle of November.
The Clippers still have plenty of firepower without him, as Leonard and Lou Williams will lead the way. It is hard to fully evaluate Los Angeles until George returns to the fold, but this team is still good as presently constructed and has the firepower to knock off the Bucks if things go well.
Matchup to Watch
Leonard vs. Giannis Antetokounmpo -- Two of the best players in the NBA will lead their teams into this one. Leonard is averaging 29.3 points, 7.6 rebounds and 6.2 assists per game on the season, all of which lead the team. He led the Raptors to the NBA championship a year ago and now is aiming to lift the Clippers to the same spot. Toronto knocked off the Bucks in the Eastern Conference Finals and Leonard will aim to get the best of this matchup as well.
Antetokounmpo is the reigning Most Valuable Player and once again putting up big numbers. He is averaging 26.7 points, 12.3 rebounds and 7.7 assists per contest on the year. The Greek Freak is the reason why the Bucks are the favorite to come out of the East, and Leonard’s departure to the West has made that road easier. The player who does better in this game will give his team a serious leg up.
NBA Pick
The Clippers are without one of their best players but they still have a really good group. The home court advantage is big in this one as Los Angeles should feel more comfortable in its surroundings. The Bucks are a great team but they are going to fall short in this matchup. The Clippers will make a statement by knocking off Milwaukee.
NBA Pick: Los Angeles Clippers 115, Milwaukee Bucks 112
