I think there is a 50 percent chance Izzy kind of keeps him at his end of the jab, utilizes that spacing, doesn’t have his back get put against the fence, defend some takedowns, and ultimately wins by decision. What an excellent main event this should be between two very evenly matched fighters. I normally go with Adesanya anytime he steps into the Octagon, but Du Plessis is really good. I agree with what Whittaker said that this is a toss-up fight. I also agree with him that there is a good chance this one goes to a decision. I’ll go over the rounds total as my top UFC pick in this fight.
