Lewis said this to bjpenn.com about his upcoming fight against Spivak, “It’s fine if everyone is underestimating me. It’s great — I love being underestimated. I believe I’ll get the job done, and I believe this is a perfect matchup to get the job done; to go out there and show everyone these skills that I’ve learned over the last few months.”
Lewis has just one win in his last four fights, but he has been excellent in his career when the fights are in Las Vegas, as he is a perfect 8-0.

UFC Picks
We know that Lewis has struggled lately, but his losses have come against some top ranked fighters. Spivak is not in the same category of some of the fighters who have beaten Lewis. I know that Lewis has burned bettors lately, but I think he has some value as almost a 2-1 underdog. Lewis comes into this fight in better shape and he looks to be really focused at turning things around. And we know that Lewis has the power to end this fight quickly. Lewis has 21 knockouts in his career and it would not surprise me at all to see him get the knockout in this fight. Spivak also has power, and he also has the ability to finish fights on the mat.
This fight seems unlikely to go to the mat, so it should be a battle of striking and if that is the case you have to give Lewis a decent chance to win. The rounds option would also be worth considering, but oddsmakers have set the rounds at 1.5, so that is probably a pass. I think the best choice in this fight is simply to take Lewis at the plus price.
