Brady has yet to lose in his career and this will be the perfect fight for him to make his mark and start moving up the rankings. The question we have to ask in this fight is whether or not Brady is ready to start moving up the ladder. He is unbeaten, but also relatively untested. His list of victims is definitely not that impressive. That is nothing against Brady, as you can only beat the opponents put in front of you. What we do know is that Chiesa is a quality fighter.

Chiesa would probably like to get this fight to the mat and it would probably be in the best interest of Brady not to let that happen. Brady’s takedown defense has been excellent in his career, so he should look to keep this fight standing. The edge on their feet could be with Brady. Oddsmakers think Brady has a good chance to win this one, as they are listing him as the favorite. I don’t know that I am thrilled about laying a price on Brady in a fight that looks like a toss-up.

I’ll avoid a side and look at the rounds. The rounds prop of 2.5 is the one I will focus on. Keep in mind that this fight is not a main event bout so it is only scheduled for three rounds. I don’t think Brady will be foolish enough to let this fight go to the mat and if the fight stays standing, I don’t think we will see a finish. Neither of these two fighters has a ton of power, so this could easily be a fight that goes to a decision. I will go over 2.5 rounds in this fight.
