The way things have gone the last few weeks I should just abandon the Week 7 NFL parlay card underdog picks. Teams laying points at the Bitcoin Sportsbook went a combined 12-2 straight up in Week 6 and are 23-5 the last two weeks. They’ve also been good at covering the line going 20-7-1 ATS. Only three dogs covered last week and unfortunately I didn’t play any of them, so that leg of my NFL parlay was a bust. However, I did make up for it on the two-team parlay of favorites hitting another winner in that section.
If the early lines hold two teams will be getting points for the first time this season. The undefeated Kansas City Chiefs visit San Francisco on Sunday as a slight 1-point underdog. The last time the Chiefs were a dog was in February at Super Bowl LVIII when they beat the Niners outright catching 2.5-points. In fact, the Chiefs are 4-0 SU in their last four games when spotted points. Detroit hit the board as a 2.5-point dog against undefeated Minnesota in their NFC North showdown. The Lions are 4-1 ATS as a favorite in each of their five games. And the Vikings are the only team with payouts in each of their games.

NFL Week 7 Parlay Card Underdogs
Lions +2.5 at Vikings
Raiders +7 at Rams
Chiefs +1.5 at 49ers
As mentioned it was not a good week for underdogs with all three of my picks coming up losers. The team formerly known as the Redskins came up short in their game with Baltimore falling 30-23 as a 7-point dog on the closing line. Dallas looked like crap in their 47-9 loss to Detroit with 3.5-points being of no use. Another late Aaron Rodgers pick cost the 2.5-point underdog Jets in their 23-20 setback. With this loss behind me I’ll move ahead to Week 7.
I’ve identified three games on the Week 7 that look promising for underdogs. The Vikings are one of the biggest surprises in the NFL this season going undefeated through five games. However, I’m not convinced they’re even a contender and the matchup with Detroit will tell us a lot about them. They are coming off a bye, but the Lions just trounced Dallas 47-9 in the Cowboys’ building and they’ve won three in a row over their division rival. Jared Goff has been on a tear the last few games and the Lions lead the NFL in scoring. Give me the Lions and 2.5-points any day.
Oddsmakers don’t think highly of the Raiders making them a touchdown underdog against a Rams squad that isn’t very good right now. Denver is struggling and Carolina isn’t good and the Raiders lost to both. But they did rally to beat Baltimore in Week 2 and upset Cleveland, so there is something there. Even if they don’t win the game I expect Vegas will at least show up, and if they do getting a converted touchdown will make all the difference.
The rematch of last season’s Super Bowl is one of the marquee games on the slate and worth betting simply because the Chiefs are San Fran’s kryptonite. They’ve won the last four meetings, including two on the game’s biggest stage. The Niners are the class of the NFC West and should win the division easily, but things are more difficult with injuries playing a role. And the Niners have lost close games squandering late leads. The Chiefs, meanwhile, have been one of the best at winning close games so backing them plus the points is a good play.
NFL Week 7 Parlay Card Favorites
Commanders -7.5 vs. Carolina
Chargers -2.5 at Arizona
I’m not picking on the Panthers but they are an easy target. I just used that same line last week because they are. And they held true to form getting blasted by the Bears helping me to a winning NFL parlay card. Though Washington lost to Baltimore on Sunday there were some impressive moments from Jayden Daniels. He threw for 269 yards and two scores against the Ravens and the entire unit could have a field day against one of the leakiest defenses in the NFL. They’ve been better with Andy Dalton, but the Panthers lack the firepower to keep up with the league’s second-highest scoring team.
The bye came at a good time for the Chargers who got Justin Herbert off his gimpy ankle. He responded with one of his better games of the season in a 23-16 win over the Broncos on Sunday. The Bolts have been nasty on defense for a change and will throttle Kyler Murray allowing Herbert and his mates time to cover the 2.5-point spread.
