Currently, Arsenal are in disarray. The mandate for Unai Emery is clear. He must return the Gunners to the Champions League so that the club can stand a better chance of competing against its Premier League rivals. However, there are numerous issues hanging over Arsenal. Granit Xhaka was stripped of his captaincy last week, leading to the midfielder expressing dismay about his role with the club, and no one knows what to do with the highly paid Mesut Ozil. Despite all the drama, Arsenal are in fifth place in the Premier League, but the club could be set to slide down the table with a road match against Leicester City this weekend.

Odds Analysis
The Foxes have been excellent this season. Leicester City are playing inspired football under Brendan Rodgers, posting a 7-2-2 record in 11 matches. That’s good enough for third place in the standings, and Leicester City’s goal differential is actually better than that of current Premier League leader Liverpool.
Leicester City’s incredible goal differential is largely the result of one match. Two weeks ago, the Foxes hammered Southampton in the most lopsided road win in Premier League history. Southampton went down to 10 men in the 12th minute after a Ryan Bertrand red card, and Leicester City ran riot in a 9-0 beatdown. Ayoze Perez and Jamie Vardy each had a hat trick in the victory.
This club’s only two losses in Premier League action were on the road to Manchester United and Liverpool. Leicester City have won four straight matches since their loss to Liverpool, placing the Foxes just two points behind Manchester City.
Arsenal do not look like a top four club. The Gunners are in fifth place, but they are six points behind fourth place Chelsea, and they have just a +1 goal differential on the year. There are four clubs within two points of the Gunners, meaning they could fall as low as ninth place with a loss on Saturday.
The Gunners have not defeated an English opponent in a month, losing a league match to Sheffield United, drawing against Crystal Palace and Wolverhampton at home, and losing in penalties to Liverpool in the Carabao Cup Round of 16.
Key Injuries
There aren’t many injuries to report for either side on Saturday. Dani Ceballos is considered doubtful to play for Arsenal due to a thigh injury, while Xhaka is listed as questionable due to personal matters. The former captain has fallen out of favor at the Emirates, and he is likely to leave during the January transfer window.
Matty James has been sidelined for two months due to a calf injury, and he has yet to be cleared to return to the pitch. Leicester City have not had him for a while, so the Foxes are used to life without the midfielder.
Player to Watch
Vardy is having a superb year for Leicester City. The last remaining outfield star from the Foxes’ Premier League championship side has thrived under Rodgers thus far this campaign. He has 10 goals in 11 matches, showcasing his nose for goal and deft finishes. Vardy has been linked to Arsenal multiple times over the last few seasons, so he can have the last laugh on Saturday.
Prop Bet – Leicester City to Score in Both Halves +160
Arsenal’s back line has not played well this season. The Gunners have allowed 15 goals in 11 matches, and they will have a hard time stopping the Foxes on Saturday. Vardy and Perez have been lethal, so expect them to bag at least two goals.
Free Soccer Betting Pick
As an Arsenal fan, it pains me to pick against them. However, Leicester City are clearly the right side here and cashing bets is what matters.
