West Ham have had a dream start to this campaign. The Hammers are currently sitting in fifth place, and they have an excellent chance to climb higher this week against Crystal Palace. West Ham are slight odds-on favorites per the three-way line odds, and the Hammers boast one of the best home crowds in England. Crystal Palace have already stunned one team on the road this year though, and the Glaziers will want to prove the oddsmakers wrong once more.

Odds Analysis
West Ham enters this game with a 3-3-1 record this year. The Hammers lone loss was at home against dominant Manchester City, and they have earned all three points in their two other home games. They knocked off newly promoted Norwich City 2-0 at the end of August thanks to goals from Sebastien Haller and Andriy Yarmolenko, and they followed that up with an identical 2-0 victory over Manchester United two weeks ago. Yarmolenko and Aaron Cresswell were the goal scorers in that one for the Hammers.
The hosts have registered a result in six straight matches ahead of this tilt. In addition to the home wins, they have gone on the road to defeat lowly Watford, and they battled Brighton, Aston Villa, and Bournemouth to draws.
Crystal Palace stumbled through their opening two matches before finding their feet at Old Trafford. The Glaziers were ahead of Manchester United for much of the match with Jordan Ayew netting a goal in the 32nd minute and Crystal Palace parking the bus afterwards. It looked like they would have to settle for a draw after Daniel James scored in the 89th minute for the hosts, but Patrick van Aanholt tallied in extra time to give Palace a win.
Since that win, Palace have earned a result in three of their last four matches. They won at home against Aston Villa and Norwich City, and they battled Wolverhampton Wanderers to a draw two weeks ago. Their lone loss was a 4-0 thrashing at the hands of Tottenham Hotspur.
Key Injuries
Starting goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski is set to miss this match for West Ham. Fabianski sustained a thigh injury last week against Bournemouth, and fears are that he could miss a couple months. That’s a shame as he has been one of the best goalkeepers in the Premier League since last year. Roberto Jimenez will likely start until Fabianski returns. Michail Antonio will also miss this match for the Hammers with a thigh injury, and Winston Reid won’t return for another two weeks.
Palace have just one injury to report. Mamadou Sakho has a knock, and he is considered questionable to take the pitch.
Player to Watch
Sebastian Haller is off to a nice start for the Hammers. He has netted three goals on the year, tied for Yarmolenko for the team lead, and he has added an assist too. Haller joined West Ham from Eintracht Frankfurt on a record loan this summer, and he has been worth his nice lofty transfer fee through the first two months of the season.
Prop Bet – Will Both Teams Score? Yes -134
Without Fabianski, West Ham will not be as firm in the back as they have been so far this season. That will lead to Palace notching at least one goal, and West Ham will certainly score once.
