The only two teams with single digits this season will square off in NBC’s Premier League Match of the Week this Saturday. It’s been a dismal year for both Southampton and Watford. The Saints are sitting on nine points with a 2-3-8 record, and they have given up more goals (31) than any other team in the Premier League. Meanwhile, the Hornets are in last place with just eight points from a 1-5-7 record, and they are a long way away from being the team that made it to the FA Cup Final last season.
Don't miss the English Premier League action from St. Mary’s Stadium in Southampton, England at 12:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, November 30, 2019. Catch every moment of the match live on NBC.

Odds Analysis
Watford didn’t win their first game of the season until three weeks ago. The Hornets went into Carrow Road and beat Norwich City 2-0 after Gerard Deulofeu opened the scoring two minutes into the game, and they survived the last 30 minutes of the game with 10 men after Christian Kabasele was sent off.
That was the high point of Watford’s season, and it marked a point where the Hornets had picked up results in four of five league matches. Unfortunately, they couldn’t build off that success last week, falling at home to Burnley 3-0 after conceding three goals in the second half despite winning the possession battle.
Southampton posted the worst result we’ve ever seen in the Premier League earlier this season. The Saints were thrashed 9-0 in this same venue by Leicester City last month, as both Ayoze Perez and Jamie Vardy netted hat tricks after Ryan Bertrand was sent off less than 12 minutes into the match.
The Saints’ last victory came back in mid-September, but they are feeling good after going into Arsenal and stealing a point against the Gunners. Southampton came within a whisker of winning the match outright and lifting themselves out of the relegation zone, but Alexandre Lacazette found the back of the net for a brace six minutes into injury time to secure a 2-2 draw for the hosts.
Key Injuries
Injuries have devastated Watford this year. Danny Welbeck, Sebastian Prodl, and Kabasele are all out for this match, while Tom Cleverley and Craig Dawson are doubtful to see action. Daryl Janmaat is questionable to be available, and Daniel Bachmann, Roberto Pereyra, and Domingos Quina are all probable.
Stuart Armstrong has been ruled out for this match by the Saints’ medical staff, and Sofiane Boufal is doubtful to be available. Jannik Vestergaard has been cleared to return though, giving the hosts a little boost.
Player to Watch
Deulofeu has been the best weapon up front for Watford this season. He leads the team with two assists and is tied for the team lead with two goals, but he also has 10 more shots than any other player on the Hornets. It’s unlikely he is at Vicarage Road much longer as he has been asking management for a move during the winter transfer window, so Watford needs to get what they can out of him before he departs.
Prop Bet – Watford Over 1.5 Goals +190
Watford are a much better team than we have seen thus far in 2019-20. The Hornets will survive relegation, and the return of Troy Deeney will give the attack a spark. They couldn’t find much success last week against Burnley, but I believe Deeney and Deulofeu will team up to give the Hornets multiple goals.

This is a great spot to bet Watford, as I believe the Hornets are a better team. They have a great chance to get a result in St. Mary’s Stadium on Saturday.
