The MLB schedule for Friday, April 21 features all 30 teams in action with all of the games under the lights except for the matinee between the Dodgers and Cubs on MLB Network. Five of the series will be carryovers from Thursday, while the other 10 are three-game series that begin on Friday. Since it is a Friday night, that means Apple TV will be televising some of the action, and it will be the Blue Jays at the Yankees or the Astros at the Braves. The night game on MLB Network has the Cardinals at the Mariners. We are on a serious roll with the MLB parlay picks, as we hit another 3-teamer on Wednesday, as the Diamondbacks and Cardinals went over along with the Mets and Twins winning games. We’ll look to get continue the success with the Friday, April 21 MLB parlay picks and focus on three sides.

Miami Marlins
I don’t play that many underdogs in the MLB parlays, but I give the Marlins a decent chance to win on Friday night. They are expected to send Braxton Garrett to the mound, while the Indians go with Zach Plesac. Garrett has been solid for the Marlins this season with a 1-0 record and a 3.38 ERA. He has given the Marlins a chance to win in every game. On the other side, the Indians go with Plesac who is 1-0 with a 6.92 ERA. He has had only one good outing and that was against Seattle. His other two starts have been poor. I think something is off with Plesac and it goes back to last season and even though he did have one good start against the Mariners, I am going to continue to go against him until he proves me wrong. I’ll take the Marlins as the first team in the parlay.
Milwaukee Brewers
The Brewers are expected to send one of their best pitchers to the mound on Friday, as Freddy Peralta takes the hill. He is 2-1 with a 3.18 ERA this season. The Red Sox will likely be going with Nick Pivetta in this game, but it doesn’t matter to me who Boston throws. The Brewers will have the edge on the mound regardless, plus they are at home. I’ll lay the price and take Milwaukee as the second team in the parlay.
Los Angeles Angels
The last team in the parlay will be the Angels with Shohei Ohtani on the mound. He has been excellent so far this season with a 2-0 record and a 0.86 ERA. At the time of this writing, it was unclear who the Royals were going to send, but it makes absolutely no difference to me. Los Angeles will have a huge edge on the mound in this game and they have the edge in their lineup, plus they are at home. This will be a big price, but considering we took an underdog earlier, we should still get a decent return if this three-teamer hits. We’ll take the Angels as the last team in the parlay.
