ESPN+ has the game between the Cleveland Indians and Tampa Bay Rays, while MLB Network has the Atlanta Braves at the New York Mets and the Baltimore Orioles at the Seattle Mariners. The Atlanta Braves visit the New York Mets on Friday night and it should be Charlie Morton on the mound for the Braves, while Tyler Megill gets the ball for New York. There is not much to like about the Mets right now, as they have pretty much thrown in the towel on the season. They still have Pete Alonso and he is still hitting home runs, but overall, the Mets are not a good team. The Braves are the best team in baseball and Morton has been decent for Atlanta this season. Regardless of who the Braves throw, they have a big advantage in this one, as Megill has an ERA of 5.45. I’ll take Atlanta and the game over the total.

The Colorado Rockies visit the Los Angeles Dodgers on Friday night and it should be Austin Gomber going for Colorado, while Los Angeles sends Lance Lynn. Gomber is 9-8 on the season with a 5.40 ERA. Lynn was not very good with the White Sox but he has pitched well in his two Los Angeles starts. I’ll take the Dodgers and the game over the total.

The first game in the parlay has the Rays hosting Cleveland and this has to be a big game for Aaron Civale who was traded by Cleveland to Tampa. The Guardians are not scoring many runs and they don’t figure to get many in this one against Civale. The Guardians are set to be going with Xzavion Curry who has pitched well for Cleveland, but this is a play on Civale and Tampa.
It should be a good pitching matchup in Pittsburgh on Friday night, as the Reds visit the Pirates. Andrew Abbott is 6-3 with a 2.93 ERA for the Reds, while Johan Oviedo is 6-11 with a 4.18 ERA. I’ll go under the total with the Reds and Pirates for the second game in the MLB parlay.
The last game on the parlay has the Astros hosting the Angels. It should be a matchup between Reid Detmers and Justin Verlander. Detmers is 2-8 with an ERA of nearly five, while Verlander is 6-6 with an ERA just over three. I’ll take the Astros as the last team in the parlay.
