Apple TV+, ESPN+ and MLB Network have two games each in national television coverage for Friday’s Major League Baseball. The two games on Apple TV+ are the Los Angeles Dodgers at the Boston Red Sox, which we will have a same-game parlay on, and the Kansas City Royals at the Seattle Mariners. ESPN+ has the Cleveland Indians at the Toronto Blue Jays and the Atlanta Braves at the San Francisco Giants. MLB Network has the St. Louis Cardinals at the Philadelphia Phillies and the Cincinnati Reds at the Arizona Diamondbacks. Let’s look at a couple of same game parlays and a three-team parlay. The Baltimore Orioles get the benefit of playing the Colorado Rockies this weekend. The Tampa Bay Rays just benefited from playing Colorado and now the Orioles should knock around the Rockies. The pitching matchup on Friday has Kyle Freeland going for Colorado, while Baltimore is undecided as of this writing. It doesn’t really matter to me who throws for either team, as the Orioles are the superior team. I’ll go with the Orioles and the game over the total.
MLB Same Game Parlay #2
Los Angeles Dodgers -110
Dodgers-Red Sox Over 10.5 (-112)
$100 to win $261
Lance Lynn has been far better with the Dodgers than he was with the White Sox, but Lynn is still allowing a lot of base runners in each start. His overall ERA is still poor, but with the Dodgers it is far better. He has allowed a total of five runs in four starts so his ERA is just over one with Los Angeles. The Red Sox should be sending Kutter Crawford to the mound and he is 6-6 with a 3.66 ERA. I’ll take the Dodgers and the game over the total.

Milwaukee Brewers -115
Texas Rangers -105
Cincinnati Reds +135

The Brewers have been playing well of late and they host the San Diego Padres on Friday night. The Padres should be sending Yu Darvish and he has been nothing special with an 8-9 record and a 4.35 ERA. The Brewers should be sending Brandon Woodruff who is 2-1 with a 2.89 ERA. I’ll take Milwaukee as the first team in the parlay.
The Texas Rangers visit the Minnesota Twins on Friday night and it should be Dane Dunning going for the Rangers, while the Twins send Sonny Gray. Dunning is 9-5 on the season with a 3.19 ERA, while Gray is 6-6 with a 3.15 ERA. In what has become almost a habit, Gray will roll through four or five innings and then have a really bad inning that costs his team the game. The Rangers are more than capable of putting up a big inning and I think that will be the difference. I’ll take the Rangers as the second team in the parlay.
The last team in the parlay will be the Cincinnati Reds. They are playing the Arizona Diamondbacks in a huge series this weekend. The Reds should be sending Brett Kennedy and he has been really good in his last two starts, allowing no runs. The Diamondbacks are expected to send Brandon Pfaadt. He is 0-6 with a 6.13 ERA and I have no idea what Arizona sees in him. I’ll take the Reds as the last team in the parlay.
