Friday’s MLB action features two games on Apple TV+ with the Milwaukee Brewers at the Pittsburgh Pirates and the Arizona Diamondbacks at the Los Angeles Dodgers. MLB Network has two games on Friday; the matinee between the Cleveland Indians and the Chicago Cubs and the night game between the New York Yankees and St. Louis Cardinals. ESPN+ has the game between the Washington Nationals and Philadelphia Phillies. We have run into some tough luck of late with the MLB Parlay picks and it was brutal on Tuesday when the Mariners choked away a win, having the bases loaded in the 10th inning with no outs and failing to score, costing us a three-team parlay win. We’ll look to bounce back and hit a big one on Friday. Let’s look at Friday, June 30 MLB parlay picks.

Baltimore Orioles -125
Texas Rangers -145
Rays-Mariners Under 7.5 (-115)

Baltimore Orioles
The Baltimore Orioles host the Minnesota Twins on Friday night and it should be Pablo Lopez going for Minnesota, while Baltimore sends Dean Kremer. Lopez is 3-5 on the season with a 4.41 ERA. Lopez hasn’t pitched nearly as well lately as he did early in the season, but he was better last time out against Detroit, allowing just three runs. How much credit you get for holding Detroit’s rotten lineup to three runs is questionable. Kremer has been solid all season for Baltimore and he is normally good for six innings, allowing two or three runs. Baltimore has the far superior offense, plus they are at home. I’ll take the Orioles as the first team in the parlay.
Texas Rangers
A big series opens up in Arlington on Friday between the Houston Astros and Texas Rangers. It is a chance for Texas to show without question that they are the team to beat in the AL West. The Rangers held back Jon Gray to start the series opener on Friday, while the Astros are likely going with Ronel Blanco. It is hard to get a read on Blanco who has been up and down this season, but it is hard to see him having success on the road against this Texas lineup. Blanco has an ERA of 4.63 this season. Gray has had a good season for Texas, as he is 6-3 with a 2.89 ERA. I think this is a statement series for the Rangers, and I’ll take Texas as the second team in the parlay.
Rays-Mariners Under
I don’t play many totals so let’s hope this one doesn’t come back to bite me. The Tampa Bay Rays visit the Seattle Mariners on Friday night and reports are that the Rays will have their ace Shane McClanahan back on the mound, while the Mariners send Bryce Miller. McClanahan had to leave his last start against Kansas City with a back issue, but he is said to be fine. He is 11-1 with a 2.23 ERA. Miller has been a bright spot for Seattle this season, as he is 5-3 with a 3.88 ERA. The Mariners don’t figure to have much success against McClanahan and Miller has been shutting down opposing lineups this season. I’ll go under the total with the Rays and Mariners for the last game in the parlay.
